Important to measure carefully and measure twice before purchase. They took me 20 minutes to put them on. They are tighter than I expected, but realize that is the object of the hose. If they become a " little" easier to put on as I use them more, they will be fine. The color of the hose is acceptable for average complexion. The picture is extremely misleading, these things make it look like you are wearing thick thigh high socks. Completely opaque. The compression is good, and yes, they are not super easy to put on, they are compression hose, they are supposed to be tight or they wouldn't be compressing anything lol. I ordered them bc I have POTS, and have an event coming up where I will be standing for long periods of time and I don't want to pass out lol however, I am also not trying to look like a frumpy old lady in thick tights, so I will NOT be wearing these...I will either find a different brand with some level of sheerness or wear boots so I can just wear compression socks....super disappointed... ... show more

Horrible, I threw these away after 1 day of wearing them. The band from my socks left deep marks on the skin of my thighs, and it took a few days for my legs to fully heal.

Item: Vive Thigh High Compression Stockings for Women & Men - 20-30 mmHg These stockings provide a very firm level of compression as you'd expect from them being rated at 20-30 mmHg and being as such, do take some effort to get on. I attribute this to the high compression level that they provide. The stockings withstood my efforts to get them on without incident, which alludes to their quality. Once on, they feel great on my legs thanks to the graduated compression levels. The stockings are of a thick material that so far, maintain their compression well. They are not scratchy as some tend to be and have remained comfortable all day long while the silicon strip at the top keeps them in place. ... show more
