I like that it has a low dose of melatonin in and uses other ingredients like L-thiamine and passion flower that other moms I have met with kids with ADHD have sworn by for supplements. I like it for my kids and even myself. I try to give it to the kids to get them back on schedule when we get off schedule within 20min of the time I expect their head to hit the pillow.

These are effective at helping our toddler-age granddaughter to get to sleep more easily and to stay asleep. Prior to using them it would take her longer to fall asleep even when she said she was tried. She only uses half of one because that seems to be sufficient.
