I am still playing with this machine, but so far I love it! Only downside I've run into is the nut/fruit attachment gets in the way when bread rises to the very top. Made several loaves of bread. All great. I'm still trying to figure out what size loaf to make as my old bread machine book has amazing recipes, but creates too large of a loaf. I have also made yogurt. This machine does not stir the yogurt as it only an incubator. But if you premix your ingredients with the flavorings, additives and cultures, it turns out amazing.

The bread maker performs quite well and is easy to program. However, the included recipe book is far from accurate—I actually achieve better results using the recipe book from my old bread maker. I would recommend testing the recipes before use. Regarding the order, it was delivered safely and within the expected timeframe. I also appreciate that the delivery was correctly redirected to my new address, as I had a change of address during the process.

The media could not be loaded. I was wanting to make all the breads but for some reason the automatic dispenser for the yeast and the dispenser for nuts and grains does not work. It is a bit irritating; however, I just add the yeast into my dry ingredients and let the machine take over. This may be why my wheat bread hasn't turned out yet. i have tried three times and it falls in the middle and is so dense you can barely cut it. The machine itself is small enough to keep on the counter (if your counter is a fair size)

looks good and works well. i'm super surprised that i would be baking my own bread in my lifetime but it actually works. Initially I didn't have the correct ingredients as stated in the recipe and the bread turn out bad (I used regular flour and baking soda). However, after several failures I got the correct ingredients (high gluton flour and yeast), the bread turns out perfectly. I also had to weigh the ingredients rather than simply use the measuring cups. all in all, I like the end results.

No matter what I do, none of any thing cooks in the middle with this machine. Highly suggest you do not waste money like me. Horrible Christmas gift to self. I have tried breads and cakes always have to place in oven to cook all the way. Highly upset with this purchase! Not user friendly either.
