Good overall Bread Machine. Some suggested improvements: 1. Backlight, On/Off switch, for the Control Panel. Shouldn't have to press another button, or use a flashlight, to see where the bread is at in the process. 2. Auto-close feature on the Nut/Fruit dispenser. If left open, when the bread is rising, it will deflate the top of the bread, when the bread reaches the top of the machine. 3. A light on the inside of the baking chamber or door. This will help greatly when checking the bread during rising or cooking. Overall a good machine, easy to clean and to use.

Machine takes some getting used to. The yeast container didn't work the first few times I used the machine, so now I don't trust it. I haven't tested the nut compartment because the yeast one was so iffy. I've also had a few other failed loaves. I also don't like that if I miss which number feature I want, I have to unplug the machine to start over, or click through 30 different settings to get back to the one I want. Seems like an arrow option would be nice. Also, the QR code to scan on the machine to get help goes to a 404 site that no longer exists. I've used other machines in the past, I would not buy this one again.

We’ve used our bread maker quite a bit, and it always turns out amazing! It has a lot of cool features, but by far the best thing about buying this is the customer service at koviet itself! I had an issue with my first one I ordered so I reached out to the company. They were so amazing and kind! At one point they directed me back to Amazon because the issue couldn’t be fixed and they wanted Amazon to issue a refund since that was where I bought it. Amazon refused to help (a customer service rep actually laughed at me while I was trying to offer them proof of correspondence and the issue itself), so I went back to Koviet and they ended up sending me another bread maker at their own expense! I’ve worked many customer service jobs in my lifetime, and with all of my experience personal and professional, Koviet has been the best company I’ve ever dealt with! I wouldn’t hesitate to order their products and would direct my friends and family to their products as well!

The media could not be loaded. I was wanting to make all the breads but for some reason the automatic dispenser for the yeast and the dispenser for nuts and grains does not work. It is a bit irritating; however, I just add the yeast into my dry ingredients and let the machine take over. This may be why my wheat bread hasn't turned out yet. i have tried three times and it falls in the middle and is so dense you can barely cut it. The machine itself is small enough to keep on the counter (if your counter is a fair size)
