Ultra light weight and beautiful! I have owned several electric wheelchairs. This is my second ultra light weight. This one is the lightest weight one so far. This is really a beautiful chair. And it's extremely comfortable. I am 5ft 3 in and I feel very comfortable in it the seat size is good much better than my other one. These batteries are small and easy to put on and take off. It drives extremely smoothly it's not jerky like many of these chairs are. I have been indoors all around the house no problem. I have been outside and no problem at all. It went over the tricky threshold at my back door like a champ. My big chair gets stuck on it at times. I definitely recommend it. The price is fair. In fact this same chair is being sold on a company site for double the price it is here. It comes in colors there but I am fine with the beauty of the carbon fiber. I am glad I found it here. I was able to easily open and close it and put it in my vehicle. It came charged but I followed the directions to go ahead and charge it fully. It is easy to use it's very maneuverable very responsive. This is an excellent little chair. I will report back if my opinion changes.

This is an outstanding wheelchair—lightweight, beautifully built with carbon fiber, and incredibly easy to fold. The folding handles, footrest, and overall design make traveling so simple. My mother, who is elderly, was actually able to lift it off the floor herself putting a smile on her face. But the best part of this purchase is the amazing customer service. Chloe and her team went far beyond what any company would normally do. Their support, kindness, and commitment to helping customers is truly exceptional. Main reason for this review is the EXCELLENT customer service!! One of the footrest broke, and they immediately shipped me a replacement. I was prepared to fight tooth and nail to get a replacement, but this company stands by the product and their warranty! The wheelchair itself is also great! Chair is light-weight, and easy to use. I have had 2 other electric wheelchairs - one was responsive, but pretty hard to fold/unfold. - the other was easy to fold/unfold but not responsive at all. This wheelchair is both responsive and it is easy to fold/unfold. Additionally, I like the way it has all the options to fold the footrest and push handle, to make it more compact.

This wheelchair is awesome! It's easy to get use to operating. I got the 2 batteries one. After I use it I charge the other battery overnight. It goes fast. It folds easy to put in the back of the car. The price is reasonable to. My husband wants one to.

I purchased this wheelchair because I needed it for an upcoming cruise. I specifically chose this one because the information in the listing described it as "airline approved". Unfortunately, if you are interested in using it at your flight's destination, it is not going to work well, as the batteries cannot be carried to your destination by the airline. Batteries of this size are prohibited by the airline. Therefore I ended up having to rent a wheelchair anyway, on top of having purchased this one. I'm not too happy about this!

I had issues with the product not being able to stop the loud back beeping sound and unfortunately, it wouldn't work when they've instructed me to turn it off. Other than that, I believe that this is a solid product. It's so lightweight and easy to lift in any car. It's definitely a luxury compared to the manual wheelchairs. I reached out to customer service after a bit of shuffling on a resolution and finally was able to have a resolution.
