Very happy to have purchased this wheelchair. It is SO light, making it easy to put into a car or to hand off to an airline. It drives quite smoothly and, with the automatic braking, seat belt and anti-tip wheels in back, I feel quite safe. Amazing that you can do a complete 180 turnaround without movement in any direction, just like the video shows in the elevator. Having 2 batteries is an excellent touch. There’s even a bracket provided for carrying the spare battery on the wheelchair. I had to buy M5x16 bolts to attach it. Pushing the chair in freewheeling mode does require a little more oomph than it should, but it’s not a big deal. Customer Service is outstanding. Patrick answered all my questions quickly and helpfully. I’m getting ready for my first flying trip with it and will write more after the trip. But, for now, I’m looking forward to a smooth experience. The battery is rated at 240Wh, which is well-under the usual airline max of 300Wh. The battery, footrests and controller are all quickly removable at the gate so you can put them in your carry-on. The backrest quickly folds down, something the airlines almost insist on. I plan to walk the chair from the gate to the aircraft door. I plan to pack the seat- and back-pads in my checked luggage. Don’t really need them for wheeling through the airport. At the other end I’ll walk the chair into the airport proper, attach the pieces and drive on. ... show more

Ultra light weight and beautiful! I have owned several electric wheelchairs. This is my second ultra light weight. This one is the lightest weight one so far. This is really a beautiful chair. And it's extremely comfortable. I am 5ft 3 in and I feel very comfortable in it the seat size is good much better than my other one. These batteries are small and easy to put on and take off. It drives extremely smoothly it's not jerky like many of these chairs are. I have been indoors all around the house no problem. I have been outside and no problem at all. It went over the tricky threshold at my back door like a champ. My big chair gets stuck on it at times. I definitely recommend it. The price is fair. In fact this same chair is being sold on a company site for double the price it is here. It comes in colors there but I am fine with the beauty of the carbon fiber. I am glad I found it here. I was able to easily open and close it and put it in my vehicle. It came charged but I followed the directions to go ahead and charge it fully. It is easy to use it's very maneuverable very responsive. This is an excellent little chair. I will report back if my opinion changes. ... show more

This is an outstanding wheelchair—lightweight, beautifully built with carbon fiber, and incredibly easy to fold. The folding handles, footrest, and overall design make traveling so simple. My mother, who is elderly, was actually able to lift it off the floor herself putting a smile on her face. But the best part of this purchase is the amazing customer service. Main reason for this review is the EXCELLENT customer service!! One of the footrest broke, and they immediately shipped me a replacement. I was prepared to fight tooth and nail to get a replacement, but this company stands by the product and their warranty! The wheelchair itself is also great! Chair is light-weight, and easy to use. I have had 2 other electric wheelchairs - one was responsive, but pretty hard to fold/unfold. - the other was easy to fold/unfold but not responsive at all. This wheelchair is both responsive and it is easy to fold/unfold. Additionally, I like the way it has all the options to fold the footrest and push handle, to make it more compact. ... show more
