I purchased this item because where i am at it gets hot in my room and im used to having a fan going while i sleep. One of the things i liked about this product is that it has 2 batteries you can plug a usb charger to and charge your phone or anything else that requires a usb charger. When i started using the fan i tested the fan speeds and even at the lowest setting it does a pretty good job, However at the highest setting there is a low hum to it which doesnt bother me because i havent needed to to put that high but if i did it still wouldnt bother me. The light at its first brightness put out a good amount of light and the highest is more than enough to light up a small area like a tent. the other 2 features on it like programing it to shut off at a certin time and the night mode are nice features but i have no use for them. Being able to hang it with the hook at the bottm of the fan is also nice only thing is that it cant be rotated its in a fixed spot. It also has a small little RF remote which i like very much and do use. The batterys are easally swapable i havent had a chance to test out the battery life when not pugged in yet but will soon. The material its made out of looks and feels pretty durable. I do like the fact that its very portable its not small or big its just the right size for me because i move around a lot its the perfect size for me with the right amount of airflow i cant complain for the price. The deal thats currently going for it is at a great price right now. The only reason i dont give it 5 stars is because the hook dont rotateand the fan it self doesnt rotate other than that itis a 5 star product. One last thing i found out that my tv remote works for the light which i found hilarious. ... show more

I received my fan today and checked the batteries out. One had about 2/3 charge,, and the other was inn the fan and hadd only one of the four lights showing a charge. I charged up the one that had a good charge and used the fan outside to do some bench shooting. This is an amazing small fan with 4 speed settings and even has a remote. It makes very little noise, but puts out a very good breeze. I will get a lot of use out of this fan at the range and probably on my golf cart too. ... show more

This was great for this summer's heat wave... I don't have a ceiling fan but with this little rechargeable fan, I could leave the A/C temp a couple of degrees higher and still be comfortable sleeping. It lasts at least 2 or 3 nights on a charge. Don't need to put it on a higher speed as it can be set to oscillate 45 or 90 deg. There is a sleep timer which I didn't need as I left it on all night. For camping, there is a light with three levels of brightness. The icing on the top is a little remote control so you don't have to get up to turn the fan/light on/off or adjust speed/brightness. Only con (which is not worth taking a whole star off) is that the green indicator lights are a little too bright -- disturbs sleeping. ... show more
