My 1st experience with a Ductless mini split system. Im please with its performance as it cools and heats very well. It came with an very easy to use remote control that allows me select heat, cool, high, low, And even to set a timer. Has a built in dehumidifier as well as a circulation fan that circulates the already hot or cold air in the room. Installation was a little more than I could handle alone, only because it had to be wired directly into my breaker box because its a 220 volt system. I was extremely glad that it did in fact include everything needed for Installation so that was excellent. Installation took about an hour and a half from start to finish and costed me an extra $125 which i was happy to pay. I am so happy with this mini split system as it is highly efficient and per my 2nd power bill since Installation, its more affordable than window units ive had in the past. Price point is a bit higher than similar sized window units but the cooling power and added heating power makes this unit a great value for the money. Im pleased, impressed, and cool. Cant wait for winter !!!

This mini-split has been a great addition to our home so far. One thing to be aware of is that it arrives in two separate shipments, so make sure both boxes show up before you panic that something is missing. We hired a professional to install it, which I think is the way to go unless you have HVAC experience. It's definitely not a simple DIY project like installing a window AC. Once everything was hooked up, it started cooling the room almost immediately. Since it's only early June, I haven't put it through a full summer or winter yet, but my first impression has been really good. The cooling works great, and it doesn't take long at all to get the room comfortable. I tested the heat mode on a cooler evening, and it warmed things up quickly too. I also like that it uses inverter technology which should be more energy efficient than my older system. Instead of constantly turning on and off, it adjusts as needed to maintain the temperature. I'm curious to see how it affects my electric bill over the next few months. The remote is straightforward to use, and there are plenty of options with the Cool, Heat, Dry, and Fan modes. Sleep Mode has probably been my favorite feature so far because the unit is incredibly quiet at night. The unit is rated for up to 1,250 square feet, but I'm using it in medium-sized bedrooms and it has no problem keeping them comfortable. The airflow is strong, and the temperature stays consistent too.

This mini split is an excellent value for what you get. The build quality feels very good, and once installed, it does a strong job cooling and heating a large space. For the power and coverage it offers, the price feels especially impressive. It has worked very well in actual use. It cools efficiently, heats effectively, and feels like a serious upgrade for a bigger room or open area. Everything about it seems solid once it is up and running. That said, this is not something I would recommend installing on your own unless you truly know what you are doing. In my experience, this is a professional installation product. If you factor that in from the start, it feels like a very worthwhile purchase. The wall-mounted AC and heat pump combo arrived in two heavy boxes. Installation was straightforward by following the included instructions and using tools from my workbench. It was a two-person job that took a couple of hours. The unit works as advertised. While not completely silent, I wouldn’t call it noisy. I’m in the Pacific Northwest, and it seems to work well with our milder hot temperatures compared to areas with extreme heat. The combo feels as though it will work well for a few years and seems reliable enough for our summer months. The price is fairly average compared to the competition.

This unit was pretty forward to install and setup, just follow the manual step by step or watch a youtube guide on how to install. I would recommend when installing to call an electrician to double check your work and also to call an AC company to come out and fill the unit up since the lines are not charged, rather than that mounting and installing and running all the wiring was easy. once we got it hook up it keeps most of the front of our house nice and cool and best part is that it's pretty quit, way quit than a Window unit, will do an update with the heating when winter comes around.
