At this point I’m giving the cooler 5 stars. I received it about 10 days ago. It was well packed the delivery person did a great job. It’s not light but not too heavy. I did have to assemble the handles no problem there. Once I plugged it in, it fired up no problem. It looks great the led is very cool. It was quite easy to figure out the controls and settings for temperature. The capacity is fair not large though ,I believe wine on the right side and other beverages on the left. The racks are fairly sturdy however they don’t slide out smoothly. So far it has kept everything as cold as it should. This cooler is so quiet I wasn’t sure if it was running. So overall I highly recommend this product.

I bought this product as a surprise for my wife remodeling project for the kitchen. And I was totally impressed with how well it worked. It’s very quiet and super easy to use. Temperature was cold really fast and the storage capacity is amazing. You can use it not only for your wines but sodas or beers on the other side. I would definitely recommend this product great value for the money.

Bought this to replace a 20-year old Sub-Zero 427R for which spare parts are no longer available. Sub-Zero no longer make a wine fridge of the same size (27 inch wide) so I looked for a low cost replacement that would fit the space I had. There is plenty of room for wine and the drawers are ideal for storing beer, sodas or other items. Larger wine bottles are a bit of a tight fit. Two issues stop this from being 5-Stars, First is that the lights do not come on when door or drawers are opened. There is lighting (blue LEDs) but they can be either always on, or always off. Second is that the drawers and wine shelves are not on full extension gliders, so getting to wine bottles in the rear is difficult. I’m definitely a refrigerator person and I’m hard to please. With that being said, I purchased this refrigerator for my outdoor kitchen and it didn’t disappoint at all. The color is a very nice black, the height is perfect and there is plenty of room inside. It’s very well made, it got cold quickly and I’m pleased with my decision.

The Velivi refrigerator gives off a very flashy look in our newly remodeled basement that will be keeping our drinks waiting to be drank! Had one issue, contacted customer service and they resolved my issue in a reasonable time frame. Looking forward to enjoying my newly renovated basement!

We bought the fridge back in October of 2025. It's a nice-looking fridge and holds a lot of beverages; however, the door came broken. In the corner where the hinge sits is a plastic part that holds the door pin. It was broken when we opened the box, and the door was hanging off the fridge. I messaged the seller a couple of times and have yet to hear back. I was able to use cement glue and duct tape to secure it and use it because they would not accept a return, which was the only way for me to request a replacement door. It works fine, but it looks junky in our new bar. Note there is no customer service!!! I would NOT buy from this seller or manufacturer. I have also tried to contact the manufacturer via their website, but there is no way to contact them.
