    • Awesome Wood and Beautiful Walnut!!
I received my box of wood and I know and understand that it's not the same picture on Amazon, but with that said the wood I received was amazing a lot of great figured walnut and some knots which I love you can add resin or Black/Brown CA glue too and I look forward to buying more soon. Thank you the fast delivery. ... show more

    • Too many of the pieces had rotting and decade parts.
So.e of the pieces had good character but many of them were to make use of as smaller or thinner pieces since you need to cut off a lot of unusable parts of it.

Not too bad. Was able to make a couple cutting boards and jewelry boxes. Definately had a few cracked pieces that I could only use part of the board. Required jointing and planing to get best results. There's better deals on Amazon but this wasn't too bad

    • This company was not honest with their description.
The Board's are excellent quality but the Ad is not accurate at all. It says the boards are 2" to 4" with most being 2". I am ok with that but I received 2" and nothing larger. As a matter of act, 30% of my order was 3/4 x 3/4" which in my case is almost useless. Honesty is very important to me so unless the company is willing to correct this issue, I will not buy or recommend them in the future. ... show more

I’ll say the wood was what I expected it to me. Scrap walnut lol. But the thing is if you have your mind set to make something you can do it even with this stuff. There were pieces I even milled down to 3/4” to use just get it to work. But at the end it all worked out great for me.. I’ll most likely buy more in the future for other cool projects. ... show more

    • Nice, straight pieces
These pieces work fantastic for what I am doing. Very consistent sizes and 90% of them are roughly 1x3s with straight cuts. Excellent grain as well!

    • Most all were usable
I'm going to rip them down to 1/4 inch thickness and then make a tackle box for my grandson. Will be accented with purple heart wood and hard maple. This walnut will be perfect for that. I want to thank the company for such a good job at choosing and packing this wood so well.
