Once setup and a couple practices, its quiet easy to use. Used it for milling cedar trees with my stude ts to make plaques on the laser engraver. My suggestion to the manufacturer would be to put the units of measure on the same side for easier viewing.

This product is extremely well made and well thought out. Perfectly packed and easy assembly because the parts fit together like they grew there. Having fun with it. I recommend using it with enough power in the saw and a sharp chain, that probably goes without saying. Thanks for a great product!

First time ever using an "Alaskan Chainsaw Mill." Setup wasn't terrible. Had to watch some videos online but was pretty easy. Of note: make sure you have a rail system for the first board, to remove the outer rough cut board. This kit did not come with those mounting brackets, but this same brand offers them. Ordered, and it worked great. One thing I found out quickly and was new to me (even though everyone I talked too who has used this style of mill, said "Yes, that is an issue" is that you lose a lot of the cutting width. I was running a 20" bar on a Stihl 311 and by the time you add the saw to the mill, the brackets and how it mounts takes up about 4 inches of your cutting length leaving you with a max cut of 16". I ended up having to purchase a 25 inch bar and new ripping chains. With the 25" bar, I was able to slab boards under 20" in width. Ideally, a 36 inch bar would be better but my Stihl 311 would be very unhappy with that much chain. Overall, really love this product. Well built, sturdy, and works. Only complaint would be with all of the track extension set screws. These will vibrate out of their hole quite easily and I am going to use some lightweight locktite to help the screws stay in place. Recommend this product.

The Zozen Chainsaw Mill is versatile with 3 size options, suitable for 14-36" planks. However, assembly can be tricky, and the cutting guide isn’t always precise. Decent for DIY projects but may need adjustments for smoother operation. Good value for money but lacks professional-grade durability. Could improve stability.

This Saw Mill is so impressive. Granted, if you don't ensure ALL screws and nuts are securely tightened prior to cutting, it will reveal it to you quickly. I'm no Lumberjack, but, this Mill allows me to be one.

This chainsaw mill is way sturdier than I expected. Easy to adjust between sizes, and it gives a clean, even cut once you get the hang of it. Great for turning logs into usable lumber without spending a fortune on a full-size mill.
