The chairs are just the right height for our table/island. I wanted a chair with a comfortable back but not too high so I didn't have to pull out the chair to use the table/island. They were easy to assemble when paying attention to the instructions (which are simple). I do recommend using a drill to place the black screws into the legs. The chairs are lighter weight, which I personally really like because it makes cleaning a bit easier. I bought plastic covers for the kids chairs. ;) The seller was really easy to work with when I had issues with my order. I ordered 2 chairs to make sure I liked them. They were delayed (I thought maybe lost) in the mail and when I reach out, the seller said he/she would look into the shipment and they arrived within 48 hours of sending the email. I ordered 4 more chairs since I liked the first 2, and the 4 that came had a clearly different backs than what was shown on the website and different than the first 2 I had ordered. The seller was very quick to respond and take care of the issue. 4 correct chairs arrived within a few days of talking with the seller. I would definitely recommend these chairs!

Easy to assemble, modern looking, great quality for the price but unfortunately the chairs are too low for my counter height table and counter. I wish they were 3 or 4 inches higher. (I even thought of getting a new table). 🤷🏻♀️**update to my review*** I’ve been trying to return these chairs for over 3 weeks, at first the seller stated in writhing he was going to send a FedEx label, I never received it. I followed up and I received the following “ I have arranged a shipping refund for you, and the fee will be returned to your account within a week” I cannot afford to pay $150 to ship it back nor is it worth it considering the cost of the chairs. I am really disappointed as I carefully read the reviews and is nit the first time these chairs are returned. I received an email last night claiming a refund has been initiated and when I look at the amount is only for 1 set I purchased 2 set (so half the money). This is very frustrating!!! Therefore, unless you are certain do not order with this vendor. 😡 ***Update**** I received an email from the vendor on 7/12/2021 stating that a refund has been initiated and now almost two weeks later I still haven’t received anything. In other words not trustworthy, I am very disappointed. As a single mom that works extremely hard to buy little extras for my home this should not happen.

These stools are very nice. Somewhat easy to put together ~ be aware of where you are putting each leg ~ we had the two legs swapped & it wouldn’t work but we figured it out pretty quickly. Great quality for the price! The bottom cushions have great support & I like how the chair is not big or over sized!

The stools were not high enough, and were flimsy and couldn’t be adjusted in a stable way even though they are marked as adjustable. Seller lied repeatedly. Offered refund when I asked for return. Sent a shipping label that required me to pay to ship. I called Amazon 7 times. Almost every rep told me a different story and no one followed up. Amazon requested paid return labels. Shipper lied and said the labels need to come from Amazon (this isn’t true). Shipper claimed it would cost $22.90 per box to return. Another lie. Cost was $160/box and the item’s cost was less than the shipping fee. They are unethical and it’s shameful Amazon works with vendors like this. It took me 5 hours on the phone with 8 reps to get a resolution and get my money back. Please don’t make the same mistake I did: LSS will NOT help you if there are any issues and you want to return your items.

Chairs were very easy to assemble, instructions are nice and clear. I waited to write this review, I’ve had the chairs for almost a year and I can already feel the wire as I sit on them. I have these on my counter so we use these daily. I guess they are worth their price, but the quality isn’t the greatest.

I have to return the product even though I like the color and the height is just right, but as you can see in the attached pictures one of the stools can't be assembled because the holes in the legs are not even. I have both stools side by side in the picture and you can see how one of them is not even. I may try to reach out to the seller before returning and see if they can help me.
