I have been wanting a beverage refrigerator for a while and just couldn't pull the trigger on it because it's a fairly big ticket item cost-wise. I had done a lot of research on beverage refrigerators and had a couple in my cart. This one had really great reviews and seemed like it was going to suit my needs best. I wanted something that I could use to store my coffee bar items as well as soda, juice, beer, and wine. This fit the bill and when it went on sale for prime days for $100 off, so I decided to do it. It was shipped quickly and packaged very well. I set it up immediately. It was cooled down to the temperature I set it at within 10 minutes, and I loaded it up. It fit all my coffee creamers, soda, beer and wine and I still have plenty of room. It is VERY quiet - you can hardly even hear it running. The light isn't great, but I don't honestly care about that, and the door seems to seal just fine.

Ordered this unit to replace a unit that I relocated to the game room. Very happy with this purchase. Exact fit under the counter and whisper quiet compared to the other unit. Plenty of room for beverages and or wine. Dual temperatures and lockable if you have children in the house. Delivery took alot faster than the indicated 1 week time frame. The door seals are good as I didn't not notice any air leaks and the doors closed softly. At just over $600 this unit was a bargain compared to refrigerators at Best Buy. Assembly was easy as only the door handles needed to be screwed on. Took about 10 minutes. The fridge is just over 100 lbs so may need a couple of people to move it.

Just got the frig, it's perfect! Had it installed, works like a charm. The quality of the interior shelving is fantastic, nothing about this frig screams poor quality; solidly built. The blue in the interior is a nice touch, looks really nice at night. I had an issue with FedEx delivery, I reached out to customer service, spoke with Lily. She was awesome, took care of my problem ASAP. I really thought i was going to argue and fight with customer service but it was the opposite, very professional! Overall, the frig is gorgeous, works as intended and had a great customer service experience. I definitely recommend them.

I ordered the wine and beverage cooler and there was some damage due to shipping. I emailed the company and they connected me with Lily in customer service. Since the damage was slight, I asked for some replacement parts. Lily responded immediately and the parts arrived quickly. The cooler now looks great and functions perfectly. This company has incredible customer service. 5 Stars level service. They are super responsive and really work hard to make their customers happy. The unit itself is well made and very quiet once properly level. However, buyers with large wine collections need to understand that unless your bottles are exactly the size stated (2.75" x 11.8") you will get about half the rated capacity. Of the 150 bottles I had, less than 10 actually fit. Do you have: Pinot Noir, Rhone Reds, Chardonnay, Sparkling wine, Zinfandel, or any New World premium Cabernet, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Bordeaux Blends - they won't fit between the shelves. The design has two major flaws that they introduced in order to maximize space for the bottle size they target. Shelves are too close together vertically so that you can't really fit new world premium red bottles in without scraping the labels. Pinot, Chard and Rhone - not even close. Second, the slats in the racks that are made to drop the bottle down so it doesn't scratch and hold it are too close together. The results are racks that hold a maximum of 5-6 bottles just barely. See attached images: 5 fit and you can cram in 6 but typically that sixth bottle will not allow the shelf to slide. The description says the shelves/racks are "adjustable", but they are actually "removable". Their solution is to remove a rack and use a double stack. That solves the height issue, but the slat spacing makes it impossible for a fully loaded rack to be stable. Instead, you get 8 on the base level for Pinot style bottles with 4 on top for a total of 12. For Cabs you get 6 on the base with 3 on top for a total of 9. You can cram a bottle or two on the sides but they are not stable, so beware when pulling out the heavy double stack shelves. See images for these configurations. As stated customer service was great. I contacted them with my concerns and they responded quickly offering a discount and also sending me a second small refrigerator that holds 18 bottles. That was really great service and I would recommend Velieta as a company any day! Given the limited capacity for most of my wines I had to rate it 4 stars. 2 star for capacity design and 5 stars for customer service and unit. They try really hard to make you happy and their product is nice, but I think they would have a much better, more useable product if they sacrificed some small bottle capacity for real world bottle sizes. Or they truly had the ability to adjust the shelves. My recommendation is check your wine collection bottle types and sizes carefully. If you are mostly New World wines with any Pinot and Chard style bottles, you'll get around 100+- bottles in this unit.

AMAZON DELIVERY & PRODUCT Arrived damaged. I am hoping for just a “parts replacement” for the vent, bottom screws that the rubber knobs go over, as well as the black basr knobs. AFTER CONTACTING THE SELLER- The company was kind enough to mail parts needed!! The customer service agents were easy to work with and the parts were delivered ASAP. The refrigerator itself is perfect and exactly as described. As far as I can tell, the quality is 5 stars.

Updated: The customer service person that helped me was incredibly responsive and great so updating my review to 4 stars. The product came, not as Velieta, but as an unmarked, unnamed item. The paperwork even indicated a different company for support. It is very compact and narrowly fits the Bordeaux bottles. If you have any variations in sizes, you have to remove a shelf. Removing a shelf is NOT EASY. They send you a video on how to do it, but it isn't for this product. The shelves don't come out all the way, so you need two people to lodge a screwdriver in to lift up the lever and then hold it on one side while the other person repeats on the other side. It is too big to try to return, so I am keeping it as the temperature is consistent. But I wouldn't recommend this again.
