This Chandelier is so nice. It looks great! I put all the pieces on it , which took a while, You have to stretch the metal down but its easy to do. No instructions. Then the person I had to do my instal had to take them all off. But we got on a ladder and put them all back on again. That took some time to do. I still love it though. Worth the money and looks beautiful. I put it on a dimmer. That really is cool, also the lights can be aimed downward or left straight. They also gave me extra pieces. ... show more

Purchased the 24" in Gold. It is stunning! It was packaged beautifully. The instructions were easy to follow and appreciated the video with list of parts and how to assemble. It is important to understand the small button allows you to increase/decrease the cable length easily. We had a professional electrician install due to the not having the right size ladder for the area. Love that it is dimmable too. ... show more

I recently purchased a new house and had new electrical run to four rooms which previously had no lighting at all. I purchased this for my guest bed room because obviously I want my guests to feel like they're in a luxury hotel. The pictures do not do it justice. It's so beautiful and reminds me of ice coming off branches in the winter time. I have it in a room with dark gray walls and it stands out so well. I got it in the black finish, my only complaint is that even though it's a black finish the metal to the glass is gold. As you can see in the photos. I knew this when purchasing it and it doesn't really bother me I just with they were also black or even silver. Overall it is definitely worth the money, easy to assemble and you get extra glass just in case one breaks in the future. The black branches are easy to screw in, and the dangling pieces with the glass on them are one piece each with little holes in the black branches to attach them. Back track just thought about another issue. I attached the glass after the chandelier was hung so it was difficult to see the holes especially since some of the branches have a bump that I thought was the hole but wasn't. This is on me I assumed it would be easier to hang it this way but the instructions tell you to add the crystals before hanging it. I just didn't want any to fall and break. ... show more
