I had to get a new cooler after the old one broke down. It’s very quiet and works really well. I was able to fit a lot of drinks inside. I really liked that it was very simplistic and there wasn’t any complicated buttons or anything. You just adjust the temperature and that’s it. The price is worth it. ... show more

Item Defective After a Month
Color: Silver Style: 15" Dual Zone-28 Bottles
I purchased this wine fridge with high hopes, drawn in by its sleek design and the promise of optimal temperature control for my wine collection. Initially, I was pleased with its performance. The setup was straightforward, and it ran quietly, fitting seamlessly into my space. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. Less than a month and a half after purchase, the fridge abruptly stopped working. Despite following all manufacturer guidelines for installation and maintenance, it completely ceased cooling, putting my wine at risk. I contacted customer support for assistance, but the process has been less than satisfactory so far, with slow response times and no immediate resolution. I am currently awaiting a repair or replacement, which has been frustratingly slow to arrange. Pros: - Attractive design - Easy setup - Initially operated quietly and efficiently Cons: - Failed far too soon for a product in this price range - Customer service has been slow to respond and resolve the issue In conclusion, while the fridge seemed to offer great value initially, the early failure and subsequent challenges with customer support have been major drawbacks. I would hesitate to recommend this product based on my experience. Potential buyers might consider looking for more reliable alternatives with better customer service backing. **Update on Wine Fridge Issue** Since my initial review, there has been a significant development in resolving the problems I experienced with my wine fridge. After a challenging start with customer service, the manufacturer’s team finally reached out to me directly. I was impressed with how professionally they handled the situation once they became aware of my case. It turns out that the main issue was not with the manufacturer but rather with Amazon's facilitation of communication between myself and the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer was directly involved, they were quick to assess the situation and offered a replacement unit, which has been working flawlessly so far. **Updated Pros:** - Responsive and professional service from the manufacturer once contacted directly - Efficient resolution to the problem with a replacement unit **Updated Cons:** - Initial delays and communication barriers facilitated by Amazon made the process more frustrating than necessary **Final Thoughts:** My experience highlights the importance of direct communication between the manufacturer and the customer. While the initial failure of the fridge was disappointing, the professional response from the manufacturer once they were involved restored my faith in their dedication to customer satisfaction. Future buyers might consider purchasing directly from the manufacturer or ensuring a clear line of communication can be established in case of issues. ... show more

Working well for quite a while now
Color: Silver Style: 24" Single Zone-190Cans
Have had this for probably nine months now. We mostly use it for keeping sodas cold, which it does a good job at. It holds quite a few sodas. You can hear it running when you're near it, but it's not very loud and isn't distracting. We haven't had any problems with it. The silver look is nice and makes it appear more premium. ... show more

I recently bought a Colozo wine cooler and it feels very good. The appearance is black and the front is designed with smoked glass. There is a smart LCD display temperature and a simple control panel on the smoked glass, allowing you to control the temperature accurately. Turn on the light on the panel so that you can see your temperature clearly in the dark. Collection, it looks very elegant. There are 5 rows of adjustable shelves inside the Colozo wine cabinet to accommodate bottles of different sizes. The bottom also allows me to put beer and soda. The best thing about Colozo than I feel is that it automatically defrosts and is quiet, and the refrigeration system runs smoothly. Make my red wine get the best preservation. I like it very much 👍👍👍 ... show more

Quiet, dependable, very stylish
Color: Black Style: 24" Dual Zone-20Bottles&88Cans-S
We ordered a fridge from another site and were completely dissatisfied. This one arrive and it's great. It's quiet, it separates wine from other beverages to ensure the temps are appropriate for each of them - and it looks great... My only complaints are the shelves are "loose' and rattle around a bit when not weighted down from cans/bottles, and that the width of the beverage side means you can only "see" three cans wide. So if you have a wide assortment of sodas or beer you may need to dig a bit to find what you need. ... show more

BEWARE! Does NOT Properly Cool to Settings!
Color: Silver Style: 15" Dual Zone-28 Bottles
I received the wine cooler and it is nice looking, but the two-zone cooling is not good! PROCEED with CAUTION! I have requested assistance from the manufacturer, waiting to hear back. I set the cold white wine section to 43 degrees and the lower red wine section to 64 degrees. The upper colder setting keeps accurate temperature, BUT THE LOWER SECTION IS MUCH COLDER THAN THE SETTING! The lower section is keeping the wines as cold as 55 degrees! I tried adjusting to the warmest setting, and also raising the temperature setting on the upper but no change. Also, the setting range is limited. Upper section range is 40-55, and the lower section range is 55-65. I am so upset because the packaging and delivery was heavy and bulky and if I have to return it, it will be a hassle! ... show more
