My vacuum is old-ish and years overdue for a replacement. Then I threw it away because I couldn’t clean the original filter and resorted to cleaning like my ancestors. Then I bought this set and I believe this cup/filter is somewhat larger than the original; I like the size increase but only now just realized that means less collection volume. Anyway, the pre filter works well and the airflow is fine. I like having the mesh be removable because these can be used quite a bit longer than you’d think. Keep in mind they are “washable” in that they can be rinsed and dried once before it is recommended to replace. Not completely sure the full functionality of the yellow brush but the bristles cleaned out the paper layer pretty well. ... show more
