I needed a way to get a wheelchair into the back of my small car by myself and this fit the bill perfectly. I was concerned that a folding wheelchair might not be sturdy or strong enough but this unit proved to be entirely capable. I've put it through some serious challenges including steep ramps and over some rough ground and it preformed flawlessly. It turned out to be a very good investment. Also, the service department was ever so helpful giving what I consider good old fashioned personal service. How nice is that! ... show more

Beware! Do not use this company. First the delivery date came and went with no chair and company never reached out to me. I had to reach out to them more than once before a response. The chair finally came over a week later, a long time for someone who cannot walk. When it did come was not good quality for the amt charged. The chair did not work for me and I had to return it. I went on Amazon (which is where I ordered it to begin with) and requested a return label, printed the label and my son had to take it to UPS since chair was too heavy for post office to accept. I was charged 197.00 to ship it back!! I reached out to the company Gold Season direct and kept getting excuse after excuse as to why they would not reimburse the shipping cost. Their final excuse was that is was Amazon and mjy fault because I did not reach out to Goldseason direct for a lable!? I bought it on Amazon Goldseason direct is third party ! After months of going back and forth all they would send me was 2 $50.00 Amazon gift cards! Oh and the phone number for Goldseason direct if you call it there is no human not even an automated system it's just immediate music and never gets you to anyone. That in itself is very telling about this company. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received in my 64 years of living.. if I could I would give them minus stars.
