I originally ordered the 5x because it said for chests 40" (I'm 45"), so I figured it would stretch and fit good. It was SUPER HUGE! The g-string was ginormous. It could have fit a 51 waist. I really liked the look so I reordered 2 sizes smaller. The top is still slightly large but fits pretty good. The g-string is still too big; but I have others I can wear with it. My measurements are 45-38-41. I recommend ordering a size or two smaller than normal.

I just received this item and I absolutely love it so far. it does stretch and is comfortable to wear. Choker is a little tighter than I expected, but that most likely is due to my neck being slightly larger. I ordered a 3X and it is a perfect fit for me. If I had one complaint to say about it is that perhaps the hue of the pink is not quite the same as what is shown in the picture. Mine appears to be a degree darker. That is not a complaint however. I still love it. Perfect for a woman or a cross dresser such as myself.

I'm 5'7, 185#, 38DD/36DDD, usually a size 10/12. The large fit fine, but accentuated my c-section belly flab (FUPA, apron belly, call it what you will). It didn't do any favors for my large chest, but the top fit well enough. I'm sure this is gorgeous on the right body type, but that wasn't mine.
