muffles sound, and modern look
Panels are easy to stick on wall (I have the orange peel wall), just have to push hard every part of panel. I found it hard to cut to size, carpet scissors, saw, etc did not work cleanly. Only tool that cut was box cutter, and with a lot of grit. I put these on two sides of my bathroom wall to minimize neighbor sounds. Sound seems to be more muffled, but not completely.

Does not protect from noises!
Delivery was on time. Item can be easily return, it does not do anything to the ceiling. I have high noise from the neighbor from the second floor, I can hear them walking, talking, throwing things, at any time of the day and night. It is a disgrace! I have to sleep their hours, so willing to fix this problem and base on the reviews I bought these 2 boxes. Easy to install but doesn’t protect at all from the noises. Do not recommend!

PARA RUIDO EXTERNO NO FUNCIONA
En realidad lo compré para pegar en el techo y disminuir el ruido de los vecinos, pero no funcionó. Así que si lo que se busca es disminuir el ruido externo, en mi opinión no sirven.

Adhesive is impossible to remove!
These were an absolute nightmare to remove! I tried every technique I could find. One wall had semi gloss paint and I was able to remove all the adhesive with tons of elbow grease. Once I figured out a method, each panel took about 45 minutes to remove. I used a steamer to soften the adhesive. Then I used rubbing alcohol. Be careful rubbing alcohol also takes off the paint a bit. Then I used hot soapy water and a scrubby sponge. Wear dish gloves for the entire process. Cover outlets, light switches, and floors so they don’t get wet. After all the panels were off, I had to put two coats of paint on. The other two walls had satin paint. The panels were not difficult to pull off, but removing the adhesive left behind was impossible. I literally tried over 20 different products. I ended up paying a painter $600 to mud and skim coat over the adhesive. Then I had to paint. I put so much time and energy trying to remove them, that if I could go back in time, I would have hired a professional painter sooner. Did they dampen the sound? A little, but not enough. Not worth it in my opinion!
