Appears well made, easy assembly. I didn’t get past that point as I realized we needed something a bit larger for the area to be cleared, so it was returned unused. We also needed something with wheels to make snow removal easier. We felt without wheels, it may involve more lifting during use. Gave it 4 stars for appearance, overall detail, and price - couldn’t judge it on performance as was never used.

This shovel is nice, it feels much sturdier than the one it's replacing. My last one quit ng after a couple of uses, but this seems much better built. I used it right after it came and I was pleasantly surprised. It is very powerful even with a weak battery. We had about 2 inches of new snow abd it went through that with ease. It only struggled when I got into some deeper older snow from the previous day. I' be using it with a full battery today as we've been getting new snow every day for the last week! So far I like it.

Missing wheels, just as may others have said and the handle itself came installed upside down. This product is junk! Missing pieces, cheaply made, and not even functional. Spend a little more money and buy a good product, if you buy this one you will regret it.

The reviews complaining about no wheels should look at the Amazon listing as this is the upgraded version and they removed the wheels when they upgraded it. Also doesnt tell you if there's any indication when the battery is done charging but does tell you to unplug immediately once the battery is done charging, but how am I suppose to know when that is? Thanks figured it out the old fashion way by charging it. I do think that if you go so far as to tell people to unplug immediately when charging is finished you should either tell them what that indication is or have a much better system to indicate when the battery is charged. As a small red light that turns green isn't the most helpful when I'm color blind red green and blue purple being the the two color pairs I have the most issue with plus the power cable is a foot long.

Nice tool. Value for money. But batteries and motor are a little bit weaker than what I expect. Can not hadle more than 4 inch snow but less than that will be no problem..
