I actually bought the combo pack that came with a 21v battery also. It is very easy to use and should work with any 21-volt battery that has the 3-prong pattern. The batteries slide in and click into place using the batteries tab. The battery it came with seems to be of decent quality. It fit the existing batteries I already had. Different tools drain batteries differently so I would say that it uses the battery about average for the tool that it is. I would say this is a little on the expensive side for a battery and charger since I just bought a 24v 2AH Kobalt battery and charger for 41.50. But I needed the 21V battery and charger and this seemed to be the best value for that.

Item arrived fast. Appears to be well built. Charges two batteries at a time at a good pace. I highly recommend it. It is compatible with my Grass One chainsaw batteries.

This "Shintyool" battery charges does what it claims to do, and that is to "quick" charge two batteries at the same time. By "quick" I would say that it is quite a bit faster than the "wall wart" chargers that came with my Ceepuy and Seesii tools, but not as fast as other "quick" chargers I've used for other tool battery platforms. I have a mini chainsaw from Ceepuy, and several power tools from Seesii, and the battery chargers that came with each of them were basically DC power adapters that have a round DC connector that plugs into a jack on the battery. Unlike those chargers, this unit is an actual charger base that the batteries slide into. I find that using the slide-in feature of this charger is much easier than using the original chargers. It took around two hours to recharge a 4ah Seesii battery that had been drained to the point that the tool would no longer run. For comparison, some other rapid chargers I've used for other tool platforms did the same in as little as an hour. What i like about this charger is that the power transformer is built into the charger so there is no power brick or wall wart to deal with, and the cord easily plugs into any available plug on a wall outlet or power strip. It's very convenient for charging two batteries when compared to the dual wall wart system necessitated by the included accessories on my power tools. Overall, I certainly recommend this dual port charger if you need faster charging for the types of batteries it supports. Once again, I've tested it with both Ceepuy and Seesii power tool batteries and it worked well for both brands. For the price of this unit, I would say it's a very good value given the convenience it offers.

Excellent charging station! I'm totally impressed with the two charging stations on the unit. It makes for always having a charged battery pack when using the blower.
