My first delivery resulted in a non-functioning product. I am in the return process and purchased a replacement which I have already received. The first unit that didnt work may have been a fluke as the 2nd unit powered on flawlessly and charged my Ryobi One+ HP battery without any issues. I am understanding of failure rates for any product and would like to point out that this would be a 5 star review had the first unit worked like the replacement. ... show more
