I had 2 single battery chargers plugged in to keep to batteries ready for projects, but of course that took it 2 outlets... this is so much more convenient. Fast charging... put a completely dead battery in and it was ready to go in about an hour (just the basic battery, not a 4-5-6 amp hour one).     • Dewalt double battery charger
A Genuine Dewalt charger with 2 bays, I considered cheaper off brands, but some of the off brand chargers will damage your batteries, if left on the charger too long. This one will not, as I sometimes leave my batteries on the charger overnight or longer. It also has 2 usb chargers as well. Very pleased with this item. I purchased 2 12-AH batteries for my BlackTip DPV and needed a charger. After reading reviews, I opted to stick with the DeWalt brand to charge my DeWalt batteries. The charger works as advertised. My only complaint is with the DeWalt connector, it can sometimes be a pain to get the batteries aligned to connect properly and it can take me a few attempts to get the rails to engage properly.     • Little pricey but it’s namebrand and hopefully I won’t get a fire using it like the knock offs
This is a pretty cool charger charge is quick and I only buy the namebrand I do not play with Marc off’s because I don’t wanna fire in my house when I’m not home so I pony up and pay them good money for the good stuff, Sure there’s cheaper knock offs but for 50 bucks cheaper I’m not having a fire I want a UL listed product that is built for Dewalt and designed for the dewalt original batteries. I got screwed on an aftermarket battery on the Internet and I would never go cheap batteries again I always buy the namebrand batteries. I don’t need a fire . I’ve had good luck even though they’re overpriced from Dwalt /Milwaukee. You can keep your Chinese knock off‘s Batteries. And charger.
