Had some coil whine on the first charge which is typical for quick chargers. Works fine on both 12v and 18v docks. No excess heat issues. Did not come in blister pack, was in a loose plastic shrink wrap.

You should be aware that the product was most likely refurbished. As it arrive without being inside of a box. I mention it because it wasn't mentioned in the product description or shown in the product picture. When you hold it and squeeze a bit, there is a little bit of creaking that you don't have with one that comes out of the box as it was probably opened up to repair it and then put back together. However, I tested it to see if it charged and appears to charge just fine. Just wish that they had been more apparent about it being refurbished, but still good value at cost for sure. ... show more

Most likely a refurbished charger. Would recommend overall mine has worked great. Charges quickly, although it’s not a rapid charger. Little to no noise. Size is typical.

The charger works great but the shipping sucked it was 4 1/2 hours from me and it went all o er the USA and took 10 days to get here

Product seems to work as intended. Easy to use, just had an issue with the product listing vs what I received. The product was not in original packaging and was sent to me in a clear plastic bag with scuffs on it despite it being "new"

This is a great tool esp if you need a charger that covers both the m12 and m18 batteries and don't want to pay the retail markup just to get a charger or if you want to avoid buying a bundle just so you can get a charger. Genuine milwaukee at a great price. I love it
