This snow shovel failed after two normal uses. The unit was used as intended on light, fresh snow. On the second use, a critical internal plastic component in the auger housing cracked and separated, and a support piece detached, making the product unsafe and unusable. Photos show the condition immediately after the failure. This appears to be an early-life failure of a structural component, not misuse or excessive load. A powered snow shovel should reasonably withstand more than two standard uses. Based on the failure mode, this item appears defective in materials and/or manufacturing. I am requesting a replacement or full refund and hope the seller will resolve this promptly. I am leaving this review to accurately document the issue for the seller and other customers.

This cordless snow shovel exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly powerful for its size and throws snow far and fast, even through heavy, wet snow. The 21000 RPM motor really makes a difference—no clogging, no struggling, just smooth clearing. What I love most is how lightweight and easy to maneuver it is. It struggled with snow no more than 4" deep. There is a scraper on the bottom to help direct the snow from blowing back towards you that broke off very easily. The two fully charged batteries lasted maybe 40 minutes combined. It did work well once it got going but that was not consistent enough. I'll give it another try with a lighter snow but at that point a shovel is probably faster

excellent value! this cost under $200 and it comes with two batteries. it’s designed well, lightweight, and it works well with fully snow. i haven’t gotten any wet snow yet but so far im satisfied. the quality is good. durability is good as materials used feels sturdy. the light snow will be removed quickly and efficiently. it’s a pretty easy to assembly, the using it it was super simple and easy. the direction adjustment is good i don’t see how it could get better it’s excellent and a necessity for me this winter as i have plantar fasciitis and a bad shoulder. i recommend for over price as it is budget friendly!

Don’t waste your money! This product is very poorly made. There are no assembly instructions. I literally had to take the pole segments apart and put it back together for the connectors to snap in place. It was ridiculous! And to top it all off, the handle broke before I even got to use it! I could have manually shoveled the entire street’s driveways in the time it took to get the parts to work. Very frustrating and disappointing.

It's solid for light fluffy fresh snow but it can't be used for 3 inches and above depth unless you hover and take down the top half then pass again for the bottom half. Snow and slush can get stuck in the shovel amend you'll have to clear it before it starts again. The product is lightweight. The batteries if fully charged last a long time and multiple shovels. The instructions are not the best but you just have to make sure you're putting the poles together/aligning fully to connect. updated... died after 2 times. Think it overheated.

I bought this because I was tired of the back pain that comes with manual shoveling, and I am so glad I did. At only 9 lbs, this thing is incredibly lightweight—even my wife and teenage son find it easy to use. It cuts through fresh snow effortlessly. I used it on my front walkway and the stairs (which are usually a nightmare to shovel), and it cleared them in minutes. The 24V power is surprisingly strong, and it really does throw the snow a good 20-25 feet, keeping it far away from the path. Having two batteries included is a huge plus; I can swap them out and finish my entire driveway without waiting for a recharge. Highly recommended if you want to save your back this winter!

Not impressed. Maybe good for an inch or two of snow but not for more than that. I tried it on 4 inches and it bogged down constantly and the batteries lasted 10 minutes each. No thanks!
