Came broken. The seller never responded to my emails or calls. Had to work something out with Amazon customer service. I ended up using it anyways and was very disappointed. It's design makes it really hard to push, I mean really hard. It has a "scraper bar" that drags on the concrete and makes it almost impossible to push up a grade. It's weight doesn't help either. If you want to work up the same amount of sweat as manually shoveling your driveway, this is the machine for you... The motor is weak. It absolutely does not shoot the snow 20 feet. It's literally 10 feet maybe 12 if you are blowing it with a good wind.. When you hit snow that's about 6 inches deep it bogs down and shoots the snow about 5 feet. This is a piece of junk. Not worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. I received this snowblower two days ago, just in time for a big snowstorm in Indiana. I was excited because I’ve been shoveling for the past two years and hoped this would finally make things easier. I knew there might be flaws since it was only around $300, but I honestly would not purchase this again or recommend it. Assembly: Putting it together was simple — just attaching the handles, wheels, and chute. No need to pay anyone to assemble it. Quality Issues: The handlebars will not stay tight, so they constantly drop below my waist. The chute broke on the very first use because the screws fell out. I had to replace them with my own screws. The machine vibrates so much that the chute turns on its own whenever you try to adjust it. Performance: I bought this because shoveling is not ideal for me and I really didn't have $600 or $700 for a different snow blower. Unfortunately, this snowblower is just as hard — if not harder — to use. My first run was about 4 inches of fluffy snow. Going downhill was fine, but pushing it uphill was a nightmare. The second run was only 2 inches of wet snow, and I still struggled the same way. Honestly, I might as well just shovel — and ended up doing exactly that. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I didn’t expect perfection at this price point, but I was hoping for something that would at least lighten the workload. Instead, I now have a $330 snowblower that I won’t be using.

Where to start….my husband ordered this item & he really should have read the reviews & noticed the stars & the low amount purchased on this item. It arrived well before the snow began so my husband put it together. Everything, nuts, bolts & screws were scattered in the box. How hard is it to put everything together in a bag!?! Took him over an hour to put together. The snow chute didn’t line up with the screws they provided so my husband had to improvise with other screws he had. Once the snow started falling he got the blower out to use for the first time…..nothing, wouldn’t start. He tinkered with it for several hours, mind you my husband has an engineering degree & he was struggling. Neighbors tried to help to no avail. Some buyers got theirs to work some were in the same situation we were in, stuck with a piece of junk! Does this company have no quality control???? We tried calling them, emailing them & they never picked up the phone or was put on hold for over 30 minutes! Luckily I did get my money back from Amazon. Please read the reviews & purchase wisely based on them. They really do guide you on your decision. Do not buy this item period!

This product is the worst snow blower out there. I ordered one 3 weeks ago I revieved it put it together and could not get it to start. I called Amerisum customer support they didn't want anything to do with me do I contacted Amazon, the customer support gave me a replacement I just put it together and again the same thing could not get it to start I changed the plug blew out the fuel line checked the float in the carburetor and still not running don't waste your money on this piece of junk machine. I give it 0 stars but have to give it 1 star to post my review

Style: 21" Gas Snow Blower
I waited to wait until we had our first snow before providing any feedback. First, wanted to mention that when removing the packaging I noticed that Amerisun simply dropped parts into the box – and of course you will never guess what happened. I discovered I was missing one bolt and nut for the chute assembly. I decided to usie the one that I did have & while tightening the bolt it began to damage the plastic. Luckly enough I had two bolts on hand that I used to replace them that worked out well and didn’t damage the plastic. Moving on with the snow removal, the machine started well but when I engaged the auger the noise level increased significantly. In addition, when pushing the machine thru snow I noticed that it was spitting snow underneath the back of the machine. To fix I would suggest raising the auger blade up just a bit and use a better blade. With that I think you get what you pay for, maybe Amerisun thinks about using a plastic bag to hold assembly parts instead of just throwing them into the box, use better plastic parts (awkward pause). And if you live in the upper areas of US, I would think twice about getting a single stage thrower. Unfortunately, were keeping it because snow blowers are rather expensive these days and will most likely have to wait until something happens with this one. (snicker, snicker)
