These feel solid and better than I expected as far as the solidness and clarity of the image. As mentioned in other reviews this is not 20x magnification, closer to 8x. Good value binoculars for the price! Only complaint is the diffraction in the lenses is a bit noticeable. But for the CHEAP price? Fantastic. Great beginner unit for a younger child or an adventurer just starting out on hiking journeys.
