When I got this and opened the box, it looked so large in my apartment that I was horrified. Just. So. Big. Then I had to wrestle it out of the box it came in and that was a job. It was so well packed and I was finding that every piece was surrounded by styrofoam. It weighed a lot! Assembling it was easy. The quality is good, but I couldn’t get the basket to open up as there was extra wire keeping it together for shipping (I’ll get a friend to cope with it. No rush, as I probably don’t need it anyway.). It’s comfortable and actually the right size for me now that I’ve adjusted to it. I’ve been able to maneuver to where I need to be at a decent rate of speed. The only problem I really had with this scooter was the backing up beep being so loud that everyone around me winced. But I figured out where the speaker was located which was right behind the rear wheels. I turned the scooter on its side, wrapped the speaker in a plastic bag, then went around that with painters tape. Once I determined that was the solution, I then wrapped it in duct tape. I had to go around it twice to really lower the sound but it worked out. No complaints now even from my sister who swore it had made her ears bleed (drama queen). FYI, you could probably take the speaker off entirely, but that might affect your warranty. I then made sure it was on my renter’s insurance.

It’s cute but fragile, built like a toy. I need to return this scooter for a full refund because it has no capacity for riding up any kind of hill - big or small - in my experience. Driving on the smallest incline or hill for as little as only 10 feet drains the battery out completely. You must come to a full stop. Battery is weak, doesnt hold up at all. It definitely does not have a 300lb capacity as advertised. That includes weight of the heavy scooter, the rider, carry on items, AND gravity. Riders cannot measure an incline. You just know you have to get up the street to get home and you cant. There’s nothing I can do with it because I fear that I will get stuck stranded somewhere. The toy is for riding in circles or transport indoors. It is not powerful enough as a form of outdoor transport.

This is a nice scooter, easy to assemble, I added a cushion to keep seat nice , but it is nice, love the extra basket for the back. Weight is good. Charge last a long time. Fits sideways in my Honda CRV. With the back seat up. It does takes 2 people to get it in and out nicely. I personally didn’t need the side mirrors so I just took them off.

The four wheel cart does not turn as well as a three wheel one. It goes much further on a charge than my previous cart.
