It is a nice chair' my mother loves it. It is not yop tier as it needs tightening up from the initial assembly and you hear some little noises that will probably go away once it is tightened up. Overall a pretty good purchase

Fantastic purchase! I thought at only $600 it wouldn’t be great but I was willing to give it a try (as opposed to paying thousands). The chair arrived quickly and assembly was very easy. I assembled it by myself in 15 minutes. It doesn’t “scan” you and adjust the rollers (the massage heads are fixed) like a $5000 chair would… but this chair cost a fraction of the price. The airbags and foot massagers are wonderful. I put a faux sheepskin throw between myself and the back rollers and think it’s more comfortable. As far as height, if you push down on the leg/ foot area once you are in the chair, it expands. It is adjustable for size. That said, 6 foot and taller may not have the same massage quality. Our perspective from being in the 70s age group follows. The unit itself appears to work as described. My wife is 5 foot 4 inches tall, and the chair fits her comfortably. For the money, the chair is a good value. Following are the areas that need improvement: 1) The Control Panel is almost too dim to see. 2) The assembly diagrams and instructions booklet needs to be much clearer. 3) The weight limit on the Amazon site shows 300 lbs, but the user's manual limit is 275 lbs. 4) The shipping weight on the Amazon site shows 180 lbs but according to FedEx it's 116 lbs. The listed description on the Amazon site should match the unit being sold. 5) It would be very helpful to have a video of step-by-step assembly and operating instructions. 6) Communicating with the seller via email leaves a lot to be desired. ... show more

Very pretty. The shoulder part doesn’t actually massage my shoulders, I’m 5’6 and even sitting it all the way up it just hits the back of my head. For some reason when you lean it back it also make a loud ticking noise. Overall, it’s good. Not sure wort the price though
