The mattress was quite easy to inflate and stays inflated. It's much easier to use an air mattress with the added height over a traditional mattress. I originally purchased one for my son when he transferrred to college. This was meant to be a temporary solution until he got a mattress. He liked it so much he was convinced this could simply be his permanent bed but ultimately, decided this was perfect to keep on hand for visitors / later in life. Fabulous quality!! Easy to store. Doesn't leak!

I visit my aunt two to three times a year. She doesn’t have a spare bedroom so we bought this inflatable twin mattress and it has not disappointed. Sooooo easy to set up and just as easy to deflate. Just plug it in and turn the knob of the built in pump. I thought it was comfortable but I am not picky. I can sleep just about anywhere. We did buy a foam topper to add some comfort. It is nice as well. It stores nicely and compactly in the closet. The durability is quite good. I highly recommend.

The bed works great. It was easy to install/inflate and to deflate/store, comfortable and durable. The customer support is superb. When my bed developed a small leak a month after my warranty expired, I called them. I reached a recording because the office was closed for the weekend, and I made a note to call back on Monday. I had not left a message, but their Caller ID let them know I called. Before the weekend was even over, I received a call back and they sent me a new bed at no cost (even though I was out of warranty). I wish other companies provided such good service!!

First, the basics. I purchased a "SoundAsleep Dream Series Air Mattress with ComfortCoil Technology". The size I purchased is a Twin XL. Everything that I read in the description for this Air Mattress is correct. The bed, out of the box, inflated in 5 minutes or less. The bed came very well packed in a box, and while the box had a few impact marks, the bed and the bag that it came packed in were in perfect condition. It also comes with a patch kit with I believe, enough material to patch two holes. The top has a waffled effect and it is "flocked", if that is the correct term. I like both as the "waffle" effect allow my shoulders and head to "sink into" the bed and for my back to get more support. The flocking is almost a skid resistant surface "holds" both blankets and sheets pretty much stay in place and prevents them from sliding around on the bed. The bed also has, when inflated, a kind of a raised bumper all the way around the edges which is very nice as it tells you where you are on the bed if you need to know. The top is supposed to be easy to clean which is a feature I hoped I would never have to us. Of course, that is not the case. On about the fifth night of sleeping on the bed I noticed that there was something on the mattress which turned out to be a piece of pie crust from one of the blankets I was using. The pie crust left an oily mark about two inches square. A little dish soapy water and the oily mark came right off and the mattress looks as good as new. No problem with the flocking coming off either. This is the most comfortable bed I have slept on in many, many years. My wife likes a bed that is almost rock hard which leaves my back and neck without support and aching when I get up in the morning. With this air mattress I can now adjust the bed to just how firm or soft I want it. I keep the bed inflated all the time and, so far, have only had to add air to it about every four to five days ~ 20-30 seconds and the mattress is back just where I like it. While the inflation/deflation fans are somewhat loud, only using them for 20-30 seconds once a week really makes the noise a non-issue. The electric cord for the fans even has a nice storage place built into the mattress to keep it out of the way. I was also concerned about getting hot sleeping on what is really a plastic surface. So far, I have been perfectly comfortable on this mattress. I suspect the flocking helps with that as well. I realize that this mattress is not really supposed to be an every night forever kind of a bed, but I am going to use it like that for as long as I can. I have been sleeping on it for six or seven weeks and have enjoyed it every night. When it wears out, provided it is still available, I will happily purchase another one. Addendum: One day earlier this week, it is now July 21, 2023, my Dream Series air mattress finally stopped retaining its air. At first it was a very slow leak, about 12 hours for the mattress to get "squishy". Last night it only took about 5 hours. Today I called the SoundAsleep support number and spoke with Casey. I can honestly say that for as much as I like the mattress, the customer support is even better. Not only was Casey pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to, she is going to replace my mattress and has even expedited the shipping on it. Yes, even though I am using the mattress as my long term bed which it is not meant for. So, in a couple of days I will have a new "dream" series mattress! The only drawback to this whole experience is that now I have to renew my search for an air mattress that is actually meant to be a "long term" bed and keep my SoundAsleep mattress as a backup. I sure hope I can find one that comes close to being as comfortable as my SoundAsleep mattress. This product and this company are keepers!

WOW super impressed with the quality and comfort of this air mattress. Not only is it easy to set up but it is also very comfortable for people of all ages. It is perfect height and does not loose air like other air mattress. We had to air it up late at night due to a flight delay and our son was sleeping less than 20 feet away and he had no idea because it was so quite to air up! We like it more firm so we fill it to the max and it does not got flat! I had to reach out to customer service about something that I thought was wrong but turned out to be operator error. Needless to say they have the absolute BEST customer service ever! They stand by their product, provide quick response and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I wish more companies would follow in Sound Asleep's customer service moto and stand by their products as much as they do! Do not buy any other product you will regret it because if you did need them they will ensure you are taken care of!
