I've used the air mattress at my in-laws house and found it very comfortable. It's easy to inflate, easy to deflate, and stores easily in small spaces. So I ordered one for myself in my new home six months ago and finally used it just a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately, the mattress wouldn't stay inflated! I followed the self-help instructions but there was obviously a tiny leak that I couldn't locate, so I called the manufacturer, SoundAsleep, not at all sure they'd be helpful given the elapsed time since my purchase. In fact, they were super helpful and super quick! Anyway, it's obviously a bummer to have a leak, but this one was so slow I can see how it evaded quality review. I'd use this company again because they stand by their products!

We bought our SoundAsleep air mattress a little over three years ago. It has been a helpful addition to our home for guests, vacations, and an occasional separate sleeping arrangement due to illness. The inflating/deflating mechanism works fantastically and is quite fast all things considered. The use of fabric on the top of the mattress helps to keep bedsheets on it, and it retains its inflation pretty nicely through the night. Overall, for an air mattress, it is surprisingly comfortable. I recently had to replace this mattress due to general wear-and-tear, and I have to say that SoundAsleep is a phenomenal company when it comes to customer service. The response time was quick and the solution they provided to my problem really showcased how much they care about their customers. They're a US-based, family-owned business and it shows. I highly recommend this product and any of their other products, and I plan on coming back to them for any of my future air mattress needs.

This is a perfect size air mattress for my grandson, now 4 years old. He transitioned from a port a crib to this bed when he was 2 and loves it. I do not have to worry about him falling out of bed and he has his own cup holder. It is very comfortable and he sleeps well in it. It is easy to inflate and deflate with the air pump provided and retains the air. I usually keep it filled and ready for his next visit unless it is a long time away. I had one issue where the outside rimmed air mattress in connected to the inside sleeping area... got separated due to the 4-year-old jumping on the air mattress and hit that area. But when I contacted customer service, they listened to what I had to say and solved the issue. Excellent customer service. And I would recommend this air mattress for everyday use and camping. Great value for the price as well.

This has been the best air bed I’ve ever had! Purchased back in 2018 (it’s now almost 2026) and I just now have to add a couple patches. Coming to review because I think it’s time to buy a new one. Super easy and quick to inflate and deflate. I used it as a long term mattress for 6mos until I got a bed, and have had many friends and family use it over the years. Everyone says it’s comfortable by itself. I’ve also added foam mattress toppers to make it even more comfy. It’s also compact so fits in my closet or anywhere easily and I can also transport it easily in its carrying case. I can’t believe it’s lasted this many years!

I bought the air mattress for my daughter to use while she was home from college. She said the Air Mattress is very comfortable. She used it everyday, for a week and the air mattress developed a small leak. By morning the air mattress was mostly deflated. We couldn’t find the slow leak to repair it. I contacted SoundAsleep and explained the issue, they immediately sent me a new air mattress. So far no issues with the new mattress. SoundAsleep’s customer service is excellent. They show they care about providing a quality product and back it 100%

We got this for my granddaughter to use on trips and really loved it. It inflated easily, was a great size and my granddaughter loved it and slept well in it. Unfortunately, it already has a hole in it and won’t hold the air. No idea how the hole happened - we’ve been very careful with it.

I reached out to customer service by email and was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick follow-up phone call. Customer service was absolutely amazing. After asking a few simple questions, they immediately arranged to send me a replacement mattress. The entire replacement process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. Not only does Sound Asleep stand behind their product, but the mattress itself is excellent. It’s incredibly easy to inflate with the built-in blower, which is super quiet, and the mattress is extremely comfortable to sleep on. Great product, outstanding customer service, and a company that truly cares about its customers. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend the Sound Asleep air mattress.
