This hair dryer presents well with protective packaging, and a nice finish. It comes with a concentrator and a diffuser which easily attach magnetically. The small profile is appealing, and although it’s a little larger than a travel dryer, it would be easy to take along if you wanted. I do find it to be somewhat top heavy especially with the diffuser attached; however, I believe the exterior is metal rather than plastic, making it more durable. I find it powerful with great airflow, and my first impression when turning it on was that it is quiet. For my fine, thin hair, it dries rapidly, so the weight is a non-issue, but if you have thicker hair, it might be a concern. The buttons are positioned well and easily readable. There is a high and low power button with low, medium, and high fan speed for each. There are three temperatures with a color coded display, but I find it very difficult to see the colors. By depressing the temperature button you can switch between cold, warm, or hot air, and if you hold the button for 3 seconds, the dryer will circulate between the 3 temperatures. If you shut the dryer off, it does not stay on the circulation mode, and you will need to reset that function. There is a cold shot button which does lower the temperature slightly, but I don’t find it to be too effective. Perhaps the one feature I don’t care for is the foam filter; it is easily accessible but I simply prefer the metal filters. This is a handy tool that can be used by all.

I've been using this dryer for about a month and I absolutely love it! My old blow dryer was ancient and although it still worked, I thought it was time for an upgrade. I didn't realize how sad the performance was until I plugged in this new one and dried my hair with it. Wow, it did an amazing job, and dried my hair much faster than the old one! This dryer has well placed control buttons with the on/off switch on the back, the temperature level and blower switches on the side, easily reachable with your thumb, and a button to turn off the heat on the front, easily reachable with your index finger. It also comes with two attachments that connect by magnet, a diffuser for curly hair, and a concentrating port. Each is easily positioned in any position. The only thing it doesn't have is a hanging hook. I am super pleased with the performance of this hair dryer, and the speed in which this drier dries my hair. Would I get it again? Yes! Would I recommend it to family and friends? Yes!

I ordered this because I needed a good ionic hair dryer that I could take on my travels. This dryer is very lightweight but powerful!!! It dries my hair unbelievably fast and I can actually feel the difference with the ionic feature. My hair looks smoother and less frizzy without me having to try so hard! The diffuser is a nice bonus especially for days when I want to just wear my natural curls. It is nice and compact for travel and feels sturdy and well made. The noise level is also surprisingly reasonable for how powerful it is. It's a great everyday dryer that works like something you would find in a salon. Definitely recommend!

This hair dryer is a really nice quality. I have very coarse, thick hair that takes a long time to dry with my old, small 1800 watt hair dryer, so I decided to try this one. I was surprised at how nicely it was packaged, in a high quality box and with the dryer wrapped in tissue. The hair dryer has three heat settings: cool, low and high heat, and also two blower settings, low and high. There's also a button you can press while drying to temporarily turn off the heat and get a blast of cool air. The dryer itself is impressively quiet, even on the high settings. And best of all, this hair dryer was able to dry my hair in about 2/3 the time of my old hair dryer! Definitely recommend.
