The quality of the leash and collar are good, and I appreciate the secure carabiner leash clip. Neither my dog or I are fans of the collar. The design of it is just...confusing. It also barely fit her, but based on the sizing information, it should have been a good fit. The collar is very wide, which works well for my girl & her long neck, but it's also very stiff and seemed uncomfortable for her. We'll be using the leash but the collar will likely end up donated somewhere.

This is my Amazon Vine review for the Thick Wide Reflective Dog Collar and No Pull 6-8 FT Leash Set for Medium Dogs, Use Heavy Duty Full Metal Buckles and Soft Padded Dog Collar Leash Set, with A Poop Bag Holders for Leashes. This leash and collar set was a pleasant surprise and experience. Although I ordered a medium set, the collar actually fit all three dogs which range from small, medium, to large. The collar is adjustable that much. I like it. It is thick. I like that too. The buckle on the collar is very large which makes it easy to attach the leash. I love the American flag Velcro attachment, and I like the poop and glove bag attachment. Oh, and the collar’s buckle is made from metal, not plastic. I really like that. I like that this collar is padded and thick because I think that will help it maintain its shape. The only con about the collar on day one of use is that I get a bit confused fastening the collar. 1. I must unbuckle it 2. Then I must undo the left side of the Velcro 3. Once I put it on the dog’s neck, I only need to adjust the Velcro on the left side. The right side remains the same 4. Then I just bring the buckles together from the right and left Velcro sides and fastened them. That’s it. I have since discovered from using this collar a couple days is that while I still believe there are too many steps, I’ve learned that I do not have to reconfigure this leash every time I use it. All I need to do is undo the collar Velcro on the left side and buckle. The right side remains as perfect a fit as it was originally set for my large dog. I actually understand why the developers of this collar have three and four steps to making it a perfect collar for dogs. It is fully adjustable from a small/medium dog to a large dog. The collar is totally secure. That Velcro isn’t coming a loose. In addition, there are straps to keep the velcro in place. And finally there is a metal locking buckle to secure everything. They really worked hard to make the perfect collar, and from my use of it, I think they pretty much succeeded. As for the leash, I think it’s a great leash for the most part. It is long and stretchy which is great for the dogs to roam but not go too far. It also has a carabiner clip where you pull it down and up to lock and unlock it in place. That’s a really good feature. I do, however, have one con about the leash which is that it twist and twists. I found myself constantly removing it from my hand and counter turning it over and over to remove twists in the leash. I don’t want it to twist out of shape because it is such a pretty leash. That’s it. Despite a couple cons, I really like this thick collar and leash combo set for all the positives mentioned. This combo set is thick and made with good quality material that I believe will last for years. Thanks, Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. My dog and I both absolutely love this leash and collar set it is beyond well made. First of all when you feel the material you can tell it's super durable and strong for both the leash and collar. The collar goes on really cool where you basically velcro it to where you want it to be and then secure it with a buckle which is really neat concept as I have never seen a collar done this way and I think it's a lot easier than having to mess with one of those things where you have to put way too much effort just to adjust it. The collar also has velcro to where you can attach badges to it in case it's a service dog or you just want some really cool badges on their collar to switch the look up. It comes with an American flag badge which is really neat and I show in the picture it gives the collar more of a design to it Not that it really needs it because the collar plain looks really Sophisticated especially with the super strong traffic control handle on it. For the last part of the collar the leash hook ring is very strong because my girl can severely pull some weight and it hasn't shown any sign of wear and tear on it or the collar itself. Now for the leash this is probably the best one I have ever had for her because of her strength she can easily break a weak one that's how I know this one is not only tough but durable. It has two handles the long one to let them roam and the second one helps you get a stronger grip if they go to pull you or chase after something which brings me to the next part, The no pull bungee ensures that you're not hurting your dog while still catching their attention which is really nice. The hook on the leash is different it's like a clip with a locking carabiner which adds extra grip to ensure the hook doesn't come off. It also comes with a little bag to put treats or bathroom bags in and there's actually two slots so you can put both in because there's plenty of room. All in all this leash and collar set will definitely not disappoint! It checked not only all the boxes I needed but also ones I didn't even know I needed. Just for reference I got my dog the extra large just to be on the safe side and it fits her perfectly she is about 85 pounds. She does have a pretty big neck so if your not sure I would measure around dogs neck and compare to sizes on page and if your in between sizes I would defiantly go larger because you can always make it smaller.

I really like the leash. The collar is okay. I found the collar difficult to adjust, but not too bad. My German Shephard is older and calm, but I don't think I'd trust the collar on her younger self when she was reactive to other dogs barking at her. Overall, this isn't a bad price for all 3 items. Whether this will work for you will depend on your dogs temperament.
