This is the third pool robot I have used in the last ten years, and the first that was not corded. I was concerned about its cleaning ability, but so far I am pleased with it. “CARL” has his own cabana next to the pool where he relaxes and recharges along with his tool friends. EDIT: I went back to the included manual and their website. If I had spent time looking at everything the setup would have been easier. But you should not have to do that. An included "quick startup" would be helpful. Also, some of the information I was looking for was rather deep into their website. SETUP: Initial setup was not as easy as I had hoped. I first charged the unit. It was not clear that the power cord needed to be removed before the unit could be properly activated. It was also not clear which app I should install on my iPhone. A better "quick start" would have been helpful. I managed to get him set up while in my home office, as you cannot read the display menu in the direct sunlight. That process seemed a bit more complicated than it should have been, and I am very technically oriented. I found the display operations difficult to see and to use, but I have now discovered that I have no need for them during normal operations. Using the app I ensure he is fully charged and start him running from the app. Then I toss him into the pool, and he starts running in about 20 seconds. I have him set to run for three hours, and there appears to be some battery left after that time. The user interface (and documentation) on the app needs work. There are options that are not explained and you need to discover how to best configure your unit. Once the cleaner is under water the WiFi and Bluetooth are disabled so you need to set up everything first. CONS: Setup was confusing Display is useless in the sunlight User interface on the app could be improved. Must configure before under water PROS: My previous units required that I get almost ALL the leaves with a net or it would clog the filters. Carl can handle debris more easily. The filter is easy to clean It lasts a surprisingly long time on a charge. Recharge is fairly quick. Because it can stop anywhere along the wall in the pool there is an attachment for your pole to rescue him and lift out of the pool. Once you understand the app you have lots of options on how and what gets cleaned. It does a great job on walls and steps and does not get stuck. OVERALL: With a bit of patience you will LOVE this unit. Highly recommended.

Do NOT recommend. We saw that it did not have great reviews on Amazon so we did our own research on several and actually decided to go ahead and buy this one because of the other reviews we read. It had several settings that we liked and, unlike the last one, when there was an error, this one was supposed to tell us why. Well, we regret it. From the start we felt it didn't work great but we thought it might be because we were used to our old one so we decided to keep it and play with the various settings to figure out how to maximize its capability (it worked best if you did ONLY floor or ONLY walls - and, really, only did good work on the floors - was decent at picking up sediment). Now it's not working at all and we're just past the return window. I'm thinking we actually got a returned one when we paid for a new one. Complete waste of money. Would not buy this product and would not buy from this seller.

This is a great pool cleaner. I had a wired one before and constantly fought the power cord twisting up and it only cleaning a small part of the pool. Not an issue with battery powered! Charges up in a few hours and I get a full four hours out of it. Lots of different setting to meet your needs. Picks up debris and dirt and scrubs the walls above the water line. Easy to empty the filter (better than my previous one) and easy to maintain. Can't say enough what a great purchase this was at a great price. Plus it looks really cool too. The touch screen is a really nice addition too. I had an issue getting an account setup for the app, and their customer support was great to make sure I got it setup and follow up with me.

This Pool Cleaner works a described, cleans very well. Nice not having to have a cord in the pool that twists up after 6 months. Larger basket is a plus and easy to clean. It runs the specified time as you get to select the options for floor cleaning, floor and wall cleaning etc. Also, the Warranty is a plus too. I had a Maytronics that broke, I repaired it and it broke again within a week. Called Maytronics and they wanted me to send it in and did not help me troubleshoot it or let me buy any parts from them. Their message was very clear, no customer service, no support, no longer a customer. The price for this pool cleaner is a lot less than Maytronics as well. The only issue I have had with the IGarden pool cleaner, is it has trouble climbing the walls in my pool, otherwise it does the job. Support has been very helpful.

I’ve gone through my fair share of pool robots, but the iGarden K36 is in a league of its own. If you’re tired of manual scrubbing or robots that get lost in the deep end, this is the upgrade you need. The turbo mode is no joke. I had a heavy layer of wet leaves and stubborn silt after a storm, and the K36 crushed it. The suction power makes the water look like a mirror in just one cycle. True Wall-to-Wall Coverage: Most robots claim to climb walls; this one actually does it. The rubber brushes and anti-slip tracks give it enough grip to tackle the waterline without slipping back down. The 220-minute runtime is legit—I only have to charge it once a week for maintenance. Smart Tech that Actually Works: The App is super intuitive. I love that I can set an AI timer or swap modes from my phone.
