I was very skeptical of buying this. However after just 1 day I got to say I am very impressed. This little vacuum is amazing. Sitting there every day with just a skimmer net to clean bottom was not going well. However I dropped this into my round pool was amazing. Not only did I sit there watching it move around, I was amazed at how much it cleaned up. My pool went from looking disgusting to sparkling clean. Now I will tell you I switched the wheels to AB setting which helped out a lot and some debris will travel behind it but rest assure this is well worth the money!

2 month use update: Still works, clips still are a pain in the ass, the sponge layer has disintegrated. Have a feeling it will only last one season though. Winny Pool robotic vacuum I have a 22 x11ft AG pool -well within the square footage of the listed specs. So far this little robot has been doing a great job of getting the tiny to small stuff off the bottom of the pool. The super fine mesh strainer and the sponge like filter are much more effective than my previous bot. Clean up is easy enough...once you get the blasted thing apart. This is my only complaint. The 4 retaining clips that hold the bot together are really really stiff.... they take quite a bit of force to open and shut...so I am betting when something fails on the robot....it'll be one of these.

This robotic pool vacuum works great! I was a little concerned about how well it would move at first, but after seeing it in action, I am impressed. It scurries along the bottom of the pool with ease and keeps things nice and tidy. After charging and (minimally) assembling the vacuum, I set it on the bottom of the pool and watched it do its thing. It seemed to reach all areas of our round pool and there was noticeably less debris when it was done. Now, the motion of the vacuum will always push some debris away, so there isn't always 100% pickup, but I've used other robot pool vacuums before and this is the case for all of them. Don't let that deter you! This keeps the pool MUCH cleaner than not having one, and is far more convenient than a full size manual vacuum and it's far more economical than hiring a pool cleaner! This is a great value for anyone who owns a pool and doesn't want to mess around with cleaning equipment too much. There is only charging and rinsing the filter pad to worry about with this robot and that takes almost no time at all. I am very pleased with our new robot cleaner (we named him Mr. Roboto).

We just put up our above ground Intex pool last week and it needed a good beginning of the year scrubbing so we wanted to give our new robot a test run. This is the first time I have not had to get it in and scrub the pool for the new year this picked up stuff I didn't realize was there. Unfortunately it doesn’t work if you have any wrinkles on the bottom of a pool. I’ve tried charging and resetting it 3 times it and barely makes it 2 feet before stopping. I just spent 30 minutes using the hook to gently nudge it over wrinkles but unfortunately I survive to return it.

This little critter is really great at a few things, okay others, and overall just a really good bargain and effective. This vacuum does a much better job than other vacuums at collecting small pollutants like bits of dirt and particles lying on the bottom of the pool. So this is a really great choice if you want a super clean pool floor. However, it's not a workhorse, so it has trouble with managing larger things like small rocks and leaves in piles and things like that. It's okay at it, but not as good as some other vacuums. All in all, this is quite a good vacuum at cleaning the floor of your pool. It's not the vacuum to use after a big storm and a pool full of leaves, but for ongoing maintenance it's more than capable. The battery lasts long enough to cover a full pool unless it's absolutely huge. Charging goes fast and is very easy to connect. Emptying the vacuum is easy enough, but its effectiveness at collecting tiny bits of dirt makes it require some more fine tuned cleaning. So be prepared to rinse it with a hose fairly often. All in all, I'm really pleasantly suprised.

Works very well. Charges pretty quickly and has a good long runtime. Pretty simple to set up, clean, operate, and maintain. I’m not a huge fan of the charging port location, as it’s right on the underside of the top housing and so is likely to get wet as you take it out and separate it. It’s a small annoyance, but for the quality, power, and convenience I honestly can’t knock it.
