Finally have this after waiting longer than promised by Amazon, but that's another issue. I have used it three times in an inground pool with a complex configuration. The Multizone mode worked the best for our pool. It came partially charged so stick it on the charger upon delivery. So here are the positives. Very easy to use. Select the mode from the unit or app (Floor only, Floor/waterline, multizone), and let it go. Really nice to be able to throw it in and walk away until it's done. It will allow vacuuming on a more regular basis as I don't have to take time to vacuum the pool. It gets more debris than our pole and hose vacuum, picking up sand and small stuff as well as the larger things. The basket has very fine mesh that collects quite a bit. A 20x40 irregular pool gets completed in about 3.5 to 4 hours and there has been 15 to 20% left on the battery. Great battery life. The self-park is really nice. I receive a message on my phone or watch that its done and go out to find it at the pool edge waiting to be removed. Guessing it stays there until the battery is depleted. It's entertaining to watch - especially for our outdoor cats :) It is a bit larger than I was anticipating but is very manageable both in size and weight. The charging base is small and fits nicely on a table in our pool house. The not so greats. It does get hung up on the main drain and the return jets. It will work its way off eventually unless the pool filter is running. I turned it off and it worked itself off and went on its way. It doesn't pick up everything, but 97%+, leaving some of the very fine algae in places. I am hoping that running it every couple of days for a while will take care of that. In the meantime, a quick brushing does the trick. It seems a bit disorganized to me, but maybe still in the learning process of our pool. It is a bit expensive though we got it discounted on Prime Day for about $1000. Likely wouldn't have paid the regular price of $1500. Overall pleased with it so far - especially since I no longer have to vacuum the pool myself. Hopefully it will be durable and last for many years with proper care.

After using the Beatbot AquaSense 2 for a few weeks, I figured it’s worth sharing my experience, especially for anyone on the fence. I’ve owned several pool cleaners over the years, most of them were expensive, and while they could have the job done, there’s always been something missing—either they’d get stuck, miss spots, or just didn’t handle the waterline well. This one I just bought? Really exceeded my expectations. The cleaning power is excellent. I have a medium-sized in-ground pool with some curved edges and steps, and this thing navigates everything surprisingly well. The waterline scrubbing is actually legit—it doesn’t just swipe at it once and move on. You can tell it’s doing a second pass, and the result is noticeable. The pool looks cleaner overall, especially around the edges where grime tends to build up. The setup was easy, just few minutes to get it done. And there's no cords, which is a huge plus. It’s heavy, but that’s probably part of why it climbs walls so well. The app works fine as well. I’ll admit, I was skeptical about the price. It’s not cheap. But after seeing how well it works, I don’t regret it. It saves me time, and I don’t have to babysit it like I did with previous cleaners. If you’re someone who values reliability and low-maintenance solutions, this is a solid option. Not perfect, but definitely the best I’ve used so far.

The media could not be loaded. This was the best purchase I have made in years. Our daughter had a similar one that she was very happy with. She let us try it out and I was sold. We keep a very clean pool but have a leaf issue at certain times of the year, this time. We upgraded to this unit and have been nothing but pleased. So pleased, we named it. Will not reveal the name due to privacy issues. Really recommend this unit. Used it this afternoon, ran for three hours. Still had 41% left in battery power. That was using it for floor, walls and waterline. Parked itself by the wall for easy retrieval. Worth every penny.

The charger design is well thought out, and the Beatbot works effectively across the pool, doing a solid job of cleaning. My pool is fairly large and has an unusual shape, but the Beatbot is able to cover most of it without any issues. I’ve seen some people complain about the weight of the Beatbot, but I personally don’t find it heavy. For me, the weight is perfectly manageable and hasn’t been a problem. The filter is on the smaller side, so it’s not ideal for heavy debris like large leaves. However, the filter material is very fine, which allows it to capture a lot of small particles that my regular pool cleaner usually misses. Because of that, it does a better job with fine dirt and debris. It’s rare for the Beatbot to get stuck in any area of the pool, which is a big plus. The software that controls the Beatbot isn’t especially useful, but the good news is that the unit operates almost entirely automatically, so there’s very little need to interact with the app. The battery lasts long enough to complete a full cleaning cycle of my pool. When it finishes, the Beatbot conveniently goes to the edge of the pool and floats there, making it easy to retrieve. Overall, it’s a reliable and mostly hands‑off pool cleaner that performs well, especially for fine debris.

I purchased the Beatbot AquaSense 2 at the end of last season. We installed our pool last year and I could quickly see how much debris it collected, even with a cover. Dirt, leaves, twigs, bugs...it picks them all up. There was some fine dust from construction that was passing through the regular filter, which I believe is 150 µm, so I contacted customer support and they were great to work with in getting me a more fine filter basket, which I believe is 60 µm. I did a lot of research on robotic pool vacuums, I would buy this one again because of both the product and the customer support, hence the 5 stars.
