  • Good pool robot
Color: Dark Grey
I'm pretty impressed with my Beatbot pool robot. It does an excellent job cleaning the entire pool, including the floor, walls, and waterline, leaving everything looking spotless. The robot is easy to set up, operates efficiently, and saves me a significant amount of time compared to manual cleaning. It picks up dirt, leaves, and fine debris with ease. The build quality feels solid, and the battery life is more than enough to handle a full cleaning cycle. The charging dock is awesome. Overall, the Beatbot has made pool maintenance much simpler and is well worth the investment for anyone looking for a reliable, high-performance pool cleaner. ... show more

  • Great cleaning performance, but the "Smart" features have a learning curve Great cleaning performance, but the "Smart" features have a learning curve
Color: Dark Grey
We’ve been using this pool robot for about a week now and overall, we’re mostly satisfied. The cleaning performance is impressive—it picks up debris well and the basket is incredibly easy to remove and rinse out. One of the biggest perks is the cordless design; it’s a huge relief not having a wire trailing across the yard or getting tangled. It also does a great job of parking itself once the cycle is complete. The only real negative I’ve encountered is the connectivity. The robot consistently goes offline once it’s submerged. This makes the 'park' feature feel a bit redundant because if I want to stop it early to put it away, I can’t communicate with it while it’s underwater. It's a minor frustration for an otherwise excellent machine, but something to keep in mind if you like having real-time control. ... show more

  • Not happy after 6 months of use
Color: Dark Grey
Unfortunately I am past the return window and the company will not issue a return/refund. I have moved on from the product and purchased another brand, and it stinks I am stuck with this expensive item that did not live up to the expectations. Seemed to work well at first but then many issues including Poor suction power and filtration. Even with the finer filter they sent me the robot is still shooting dirt, bugs, and debris out through the top jet after going over it. That is if it even picked it up instead of just blowing it around. The mapping is a joke and it just goes everywhere randomly. If I don’t keep an eye on it, it will get stuck trying to climb the same corner of the pool over and over for hours and just run out of battery. Moral of the story is do your research on mapping tech, suction power (gph), and filtration level/size capabilities before purchasing… ... show more

  • 💸 Save Your Money. Fancy Dock, Cloudy Pool. 💸 Save Your Money. Fancy Dock, Cloudy Pool.
Color: Dark Grey
UPDATE 10-13-2025: I’m updating my review to 4 stars after the company reached out and promptly processed a return—great customer service that deserves recognition. As for the robot itself, it performed well within the limits of its design. While it lacks a fine filter (which would make a noticeable difference for pools with fine debris or algae), it did effectively collect larger debris and maintained strong suction power. The battery life was impressive—lasting through full cycles without issue. One of the standout features during my use was the charging dock. It’s genuinely one of the most convenient designs I’ve encountered: just grab the robot, drop it into the dock to charge, and toss it right back into the pool when it’s ready to go. No fuss, no cables, no awkward connections. Worth the premium vs other robots? I'm not sure as that is a personal opinion. If you understand its limitations regarding fine particle filtration and your pool doesn’t require that level of cleanup, this robot performs reliably and efficiently. Kudos to the support team for stepping in and making things right. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Let me start by saying: I paid full price for this. No Vine freebies. No sugar-coating. Just a regular pool owner hoping to save you from making the same expensive mistake. I had high hopes for the BeatBot—premium price, sleek look, charging dock that screams “future-tech.” But after 3 days of watching it swirl around my pool like a confused Roomba in water… I’m out. And my pool? Still cloudy. Like “can't-see-the-bottom” cloudy. 🧪 Real-World Test = Real Big Fail To really put this thing to the test, I turned off my salt water generator for a week and let a healthy layer of algae build up on the pool floor. My suction-side cleaner? No problem. My traditional robot vacuum? Handled it like a champ. But the BeatBot? Total flop. Instead of picking up the algae, it just blasted it around like a tiny underwater leaf blower. End result: a cloudier pool and a whole lot of regret. 🚨 Spoiler alert: It kicks up fine debris—it doesn’t actually clean it. That’s right. The BeatBot doesn’t include a fine filter, which is WILD considering it costs hundreds more than other pool robots (Aiper Scuba S1, looking directly at you 👀). Meanwhile, the Aiper actually comes with a fine filter and picks up what it stirs. Novel concept, I know. 📡 Connection? What Connection? Another huge downside? Connectivity. Aiper at least gives you an option—the Hydrocomm add-on lets you stay connected to the robot while it’s in the pool, even if your WiFi doesn’t reach. BeatBot? Nope. Once it dives in, it’s ghosted. The app loses connection almost immediately, and there’s no accessory or workaround to fix it. So if you need to stop it, check status, or change settings mid-cycle? Good luck. You’re grabbing the pole and fishing it out the old-fashioned way—every single time. For this price point, that’s just lazy design. ⚠️ Self-park feature? Same as Aiper’s. Don’t be fooled by the marketing. The "self-parking" trick at the end of a cleaning cycle is identical to what Aiper’s S1 does—for literally half the price. So no, that doesn’t justify a $500 premium. 📞 Customer support? MIA. When I reached out to BeatBot support? Crickets. Not a peep. No email response, no phone answer, nothing. For a $1,000+ product, I expected at least someone to pretend to care. Meanwhile, Aiper’s team got back to me in under a day. 👍 What is good? I’ll give it this: the magnetic charging dock is nice. Slick design, easy to use. But is it $500 nice? Absolutely not. ✋ Final verdict: If you want a robot that looks cool but doesn't clean, congratulations—you found it. But if you want a robot that actually makes your pool sparkle and doesn't ghost you when you need help? Save your money and go with literally anything else. You've been warned. 🫠 ... show more

  • A real time saver, but....
Color: Dark Grey
Finally have this after waiting longer than promised by Amazon, but that's another issue. I have used it three times in an inground pool with a complex configuration. The Multizone mode worked the best for our pool. It came partially charged so stick it on the charger upon delivery. So here are the positives. Very easy to use. Select the mode from the unit or app (Floor only, Floor/waterline, multizone), and let it go. Really nice to be able to throw it in and walk away until it's done. It will allow vacuuming on a more regular basis as I don't have to take time to vacuum the pool. It gets more debris than our pole and hose vacuum, picking up sand and small stuff as well as the larger things. The basket has very fine mesh that collects quite a bit. A 20x40 irregular pool gets completed in about 3.5 to 4 hours and there has been 15 to 20% left on the battery. Great battery life. The self-park is really nice. I receive a message on my phone or watch that its done and go out to find it at the pool edge waiting to be removed. Guessing it stays there until the battery is depleted. It's entertaining to watch - especially for our outdoor cats :) It is a bit larger than I was anticipating but is very manageable both in size and weight. The charging base is small and fits nicely on a table in our pool house. The not so greats. It does get hung up on the main drain and the return jets. It will work its way off eventually unless the pool filter is running. I turned it off and it worked itself off and went on its way. It doesn't pick up everything, but 97%+, leaving some of the very fine algae in places. I am hoping that running it every couple of days for a while will take care of that. In the meantime, a quick brushing does the trick. It seems a bit disorganized to me, but maybe still in the learning process of our pool. It is a bit expensive though we got it discounted on Prime Day for about $1000. Likely wouldn't have paid the regular price of $1500. Overall pleased with it so far - especially since I no longer have to vacuum the pool myself. Hopefully it will be durable and last for many years with proper care. ... show more

  • Excellent Performance
Color: Dark Grey
It's been awhile since my purchase, I wanted to use it enough to warrant a review. I am thrilled with this little pool cleaner. So well worth the money and when it comes to cleaning it's awesome in my little pool! I'm not thrilled that it has to stay inside when charging or not in use but I've managed. It has saved me hours of pool cleaning, and completely cleans the sides, bottom and waterline very well. Seems to hold a charge very well and currently I get more than 2 hours of cleaning off of a full charge. ... show more

  • Very easy to program, use, clean, and charge.
Color: Dark Grey
My pool is 14x30 ft and up to 9ft deep. I have been using my beatbot for over 10 months, It cleans the pool completely in one charge and recharges in less than 2 hours. It is easy to change the cleaning mode with the app on my android phone. Simple to put into the pool and retrieve when the cycle is done. When I had a recent severe problem customer service was easy to access by phone, they understood the problem, sent me the necessary repair part and emailed me a video making the repair quick and easy. ... show more

  • Maps out great but clogged up with the fine stuff
Color: Dark Grey
I have been buying ,trying and returning pool cleaners ... this Beatbot AquaSense 2 is the latest one I tried .. im very impressed on how easy it was to set up and also very impressed how it mapped out and cleaned the entire pool on the first try..the only issues I have are the fine particles kept the bot from surfacing when it was done ..it could not climb the wall ... the basket actually held the water in it and wouldn't leak down ..hence the reason why it wouldn't surface im guessing.. the other issue is once the fine particles clogged the basket did the bot stop cleaning due to no water getting through the basket .. other bots I have tried had 2 filtration the basket held larger debris and the fine stuff would go through the basket and get filtered through another separate fine catching filter but wouldn't stop the bot from cleaning ... it just seems like in order to get a better bot as I go along trying different brands the more they cost.. so now my next purchase will end up being over 1,000 dollars and I hope it works the way it should or have these issues resolved... this one did great mapping my pool but clogged up with the fine stuff. The wybot was lost and had no plan ,it was all over the place and didnt clean the whole pool but the filtration part worked great having 2 separate filters ... ... show more
