This mobility scooter is very well designed and well built! It folds into a compact size and is fairly easy to lift into my car. It has plenty of power, comfortable seats and perfect for travel. I was concerned about having a spare battery while traveling. They sent a battery to my hotel just in time before I left for an Alaskan Cruise. Great scooter, enabling me to get around and go distances and places that I can’t do with a walker or cane. I’m so grateful for the help and support I received from this company! Simply amazing! Scooter so far works great. Easy to put in my van. Only issue was there was no operation manual included had to contact company a couple of times. Other than that I’m very pleased with my scooter.

This scooter is awesome. There is no assembly required besides attaching the headlamp with one screw and they even provide a full set of allen wrenches (mine was in the back of seat storage bag) to use for attachment. It's very quick too on high speed, so it will be great to use outdoors on walking trails or bike paths. The batteries are designed with a locking system and key, so you don't have to worry about someone taking your battery out if you park your scooter. The seller is great to work with too. I had two issues, and they responded in 12 hours (From China I'm Guessing) and took care of everything. I highly recommend this mobility scooter and seller as both are great.

This is so worth it as I go to the theme parks a lot and always rent a scooter I think it pays for itself just after the first year. Withbit had a way to control the speed better is it only has fast and super fast. No brakes but once you release the turbo handle then it stops just takes time to learn to control. I almost crashed into people a few times because the handling on the speed but I like the scooter also was super easy to fold and fit on escalator perfectly. Sometimes when going slow and you release the speed it will get stuck and need to try a few times to make it go again so not sure if it’s on all scooters or if mines is just weird. The easy to remove basket is great! I used this for the theme parks as I have a bad hip and it fits in the lines perfect and lasted me all day

I recently purchased the 2025 edition of their scooter (4 wheels.) I was having difficulty assembling the scooter, so I contacted customer support for help. They quickly returned my email and provided me with a video which helped me finish assembly. When I first began to use the scooter, I had a few more questions. They answered me within 24 hours. Their number one goal when helping me was to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the scooter. I have absolutely no worries, if I would need them in the future. I highly recommend this scooter!

I purchased this scooter for my girlfriend who has Parkinson's disease. It effects her walking and also her hands shake. The scooter was easy to assemble. I had one problem because there was only one HEX wrench in the box and you need two because there are two screw sizes. I purchased another wrench at Ace Hardware. When I notified the seller about this they immediately gave me a $30 credit for the inconvenience. As much as I admire the scooter and its function I had to return it for the following reasons: 1. My girlfriend did not feel safe operating it because of her hand tremors. We live in the city and she was afraid she might run into something and hurt herself or another person. It is simple to operate but it was not for her because of the symptoms of her disease. 2. I am in my 80's and recently had a shoulder replaced. I though that I would be able to lift the 55 pound scooter into my SUV. I was wrong about that as I was just barely able to get it our of the box. Unfortunately, as we age we weaken. 3. The seller was quite helpful. They totally understood the reason for the return. They sent me a free Fed Ex return label because the cost to ship it UPS ground from the west coast to the return location in Georgia was over $225. 4. I think this type of scooter may be more appropriate for an environment that is not as congested as downtown area with pedestrians, crowded elevators and uneven sidewalks. That is just my opinion.

This does the trick. I was getting wheelchair assists in the airports and renting scooters for cruises at about $350.00 for a 7 day cruise (about $550.00 if in Europe). This folds nicely so out of the way, and I take it everywhere I go now. Would have given it 5 stars, but I cannot find a second / replacement (removable) battery for it anywhere! Update: Seller responded with a new link on Amazon and I got my 2nd battery!!! Now you get your 5 STARS!!!

We bought this scooter and much to our surprise it totally rolls backwards. There is no locking mechanism. If you stop on a hill - it will roll backwards. There are hand brakes, but this still feels a little unsafe. I have contacted the company to see if this is accurate, and to see if there is a way to adjust it so that it is not freely rolling at all times. Other scooters have an anti back roll feature. I am concerned for safety. Returning the scooter.
