Let's be fair, it's a "toy" camera. If you expect to take better pictures or videos than your phone then don't buy it, unless your phone takes less then desirable pictures. With this in mind let's see its dos and don'ts: It takes photos. The macro lens I would say is it's best feature. I would avoid using the "auto" feature as there is no way to stop that feature unless you turn the camera off. The colors though, not fantastic at all. You will need to get skilled with some photo-editor. It takes videos unfortunately there is no way to get rid of the time/date watermark. The settings won't save when you turn watermark off. The rotating screen for selfies is a plus. The wide shot lens and the macro lens do their job fairly decent. The rest of the features I have yet to test. It has a MINI HDMI output and an audio Jack 3'5mm input for microphone both yet to be tested. What it does but it doesn't do as expected: First of all it may not be very Android FRIENDLY when using USB cable. It messed up my tablet's SD card corrupting some files. BE Careful. Perhaps better try using laptop or PC. The so called Wi-Fi is a frustrating joke. It comes with a QR code, it connects without internet, obviously, and seconds later your device (phine/tablet) will automatically switch to your home Wi-Fi. The filters: although it has a fairly wide range of options, I still prefer to edit later. The other features like loop, slow-motion etc I don't find them worth trying if the phito/video quality isn't there. But OK to practice and learn what it does. What would I use this camera for: Amateuristic photos and video from you holidays. Vlogging especially if it's uploaded to YouTube. The videos always drop quality in that platform so it should be fine. Would I take semiprofeszional pics? Hell no. Would shot a short film? Only if it's for a horror film. The image reminds of that 90's movie The Blair Witch Project. Overall, my phone OPPO reno 7pro does a notable better job. ... show more

I’ll try to keep it brief, this is one of those cameras you’d buy for a child that thinks they want to take photos but you don’t want to spend $$$ on getting them a pricey dslr. It takes “ok” photos, and the video is so-so. I don’t like that it tries to get you to use built in filters. Nor do I like the lengthy process you must go thru to “connect” via WiFi . There would most certainly be better options available. The device makes that cheap “beep” that is familiar to discount electronics. You can turn off the kits jingle music when you power on/off but it won’t allow you to turn off the loud beep when actually using the camera. The WiFi connect is via a sketchy app and it’s horribly not user friendly. You have to go thru a process every time you want to connect and downloading your pics/videos requires you to babysit the process or it times out and fails. I’m not sure yet whether I will keep this but if you’re considering the purchase, you get what you pay for. ... show more
