I got this for my dad since he’s been using Omega-3 supplements for a while, and so far he’s been pretty happy with it. He says it feels effective and hasn’t had any complaints about it. It’s hard to measure results exactly, but he feels good using it and hasn't had any issues like fishy burps or stomach discomfort, which have happened with other brands in the past. The capsules are average in size (not tiny, but manageable), and they go down easily. One thing we liked is that he only needs to take one a day thanks to the higher EPA and DHA content, so it lasts longer than other bottles that require 2 or 3 pills daily. It’s not some miracle pill, but if you're looking for a straightforward, decent-quality fish oil supplement, this one seems like a good option. We’ll probably stick with it unless we find something significantly better or cheaper.

Product does not smell fishy; have no fish burps. I've learned if you buy cheap fish oil it will eventually turn rancid. Well this product stays fresh. I assume because the quality of the oil is very high. Would recommend to anyone lacking adequate amounts of OMEGA 3's in their diet.

So I have been taking these for about a month now, I have not had any side effects or any fishy after taste, very large so cannot take all three at once. I will be having follow up labs soon to see if they are bringing up my good cholesterol level.
