The setup took 10 minutes, no missing parts. The instructions was a picture of it but no step by step, was still able to set it up quickly with the "blueprint". After adding water to the base it`s pretty heavy so it withstands the punches. The gloves are soft and pretty good quality, I like that it matches the red bag. Love this punching bag! I use it 3-4 times a week as part of my workout. It’s adjustable so my 7 year can use it and I can also make it taller for my 5’11” 13 year old. Great cardio for indoors as well as practicing self defense.

I’ve been looking for a punching and kicking bag for the longest time to add for my home gym and I love it! It gives you suctions at the bottom which I use when I bring my punching bag indoors and it’s very sturdy on my wooden floors. I do recommend filling with sand instead of water for a heavier base.
