Less than a week in, I hear a crunching sound in the wheel. Opened it up to find what you see in the pic. There are 8 screws that hold the wheels on (2 per wheel). All 8 came stripped because they use self tapping metal screws into plastic. The whole thing is plastic except for the handle bar. I'd return it but I already threw the box away.
