Possibly the worst product I've ever purchased across any website. First day it arrived had an issue with something called a "boot-loop" which means it basically boots up and shutsdown on repeat, aka you can't use it. Sometimes you can get past it with sheer luck and use it but most of the time you can't. There is no customer service hotline to report the issue and ask for help. The instruction manual also doesn't even match what shows in the tablet menus when you're looking through them. The camera quality is also incredibly poor for video, pictures it's alright but videos don't both. Shouldn't be sold on Amazon. ... show more
