Complete nightmare - For 3 weeks now I have been going back and forth with my cell carrier to try and get my plan going. Nothing but frustration between me and Verizon only to find that not only was it locked to ATT as a carrier that was not noted in the description… the imei number doesn't match the model. I am not sure what this means, was it stolen???
