I did a lot of research between iPads and came to the conclusion that I wanted this one and I’m glad I did. For a used iPad I’m blown away. There was one microscopic scratch on the top of the screen and looks brand new everywhere else. I had to seriously look for why this wasn’t considered “like new” bc the battery life is great, basically no visible scratches, it came with all the original packaging and it only overheats when I have several really powerful programs (photoshop, illustrator, procreate, etc) all running at once. And it doesn’t really overheat it just gets a bit warm sometimes. I’m happy it’s compatible with apple pen pro and Magic Keyboard, which I use all the time. I don’t think I can complain about anything including the sale price I got it for… but if I had to it’s the bad camera quality as I’m used to the gorgeous iPhone pro max camera but I have no reason to take pictures with it so it doesn’t bother me much. So perfect!!! So light and perfect for uni and literally everything else. Zero lag, so smooth and easy to use/set up. I use it for notes, music, and can run multiple apps on one screen! compatible with my Apple Pencil pro and has NOT failed me in the months I’ve had it! i love it so muchhh

I needed something to watch TV, movies and games on when I travel. I have always liked the Air line of Apple products and have had great luck with Amazon renewed products… I’ve been buying them for years. This was another great buy.

    • Lied about the condition of the device. Far from excellen. And extremely poorly packaged.

This is the issue with refurbished units. The condition was listed as "Excellent" which states that the device should have no scratches on the screen. When I received this device. There was an extremely deep scratch on the display (The kind that catches your entire fingernail) and several pock marks in the display as well. The packaging was also laughable. It was packaged in the flimsiest box with the charger and cable stuffed against the display and a single layer of bubble warp to protect the device. Then the whole thing was placed in a fedex bubble mailer envelope. I'm frankly shocked it didn't have further damage from that alone. The back and sides were fine. And the device booted well enough. But that is far from being "excellent" quality. Extremely disappointed in what I received. ... show more
