The recliner arrived on time in 2 boxes. The assembly instructions were very good and easy to understand. One person can put it together ( if you able to lift a heavy item - recliner base). It took about 45 minutes to put together. Move the boxes closer to where the recliner is going to be used. Open it when upside down ( the box says that). It will help if you have someone to assist you. The recliner is very comfortable. All the functions work smoothly. The motor is silent and smooth. If you need a lift recliner for yourself or someone you know, GET THIS RECLINER. You will like it. The size is just right for the average person. For the price, the value is excellent. The padding is comfortable, but not too soft. Great recliner for the price.

The seller is super easy to communicate with. We received 3 boxes instead of the 2 needed. Seller took care of issue in a timely manner. The chair is very nice with chenille cloth. Soft and comfortable. Size is perfect (medium). Mechanism is consistent and smooth. Heat and massage are okay. Bought the chair for the lifting feature, which is seamless. Cup holders are stainless steel and very nice. Priced well and shipped timely manner. Putting it together took about 15 minutes for my daughter. In conclusion, very happy with the chair so far.

Bought for elderly parent. Overall is comfortable but when not reclining seat feels a bit hard but is not a showstopper. Reclines and raises up a little slowly but since this is for an elderly parent this was perfect and she is happy with it. I liked the cup holders also. Was easy to put together and the material is nice. The chair size was overall good for my 4'11 parent but could have been an inch shorter for her. But not many chairs are that short so this was still good especially since it is used for reclining. Would recommend this chair and found it to be a good buy for the value. Massage is mainly vibration as noted but not really used anyway and heat isn't being used.

I am absolutely, without a doubt, in LOVE with my chair. It arrived today, UPS. The driver slid the boxes inside the door for me because one box was heavier than the other. I opened the boxes and put it together in about 15 minutes tops. Everything works as described and it just feels super good to my body. The seating on this chair is weird/very strange. My tush can feel those springs and that is very uncomfortable and feels like it turns almost numb. I think the chair needed a lot more cushioning and/or padding. It almost feels like there is nothing there and you can feel the springs just pushing on the seat with your hands. Also when just wanting to set up straight , I lean too far forward so when i adjust it just a little to make it more comfortable and normal then the the foot rest always sticks out and is never even against the chair when the sitting feels comfortable to me. Not happy with this chair at all. The seat on the outer cushion is crooked also. For those reasons, I only gave it one star. I'm 80 yrs old and there was no way I could send it back. Very dissapointed!!!

I decided on this one for several reasons. The back and foot rest work separately. Back leans farther back than I want in upright position but it lays back enough to feel I'm sleeping in a bed when fully reclined. Depth is too large for me (5' 7"). When I get my back and butt against the back my feet don't touch ground (not reclined). It's perfect for a tall person. It has massage and heat. I use all the time. Charging port is very slow. It has cup holders. Don't use for cups but sit one remote in a holder. All in all it's a sturdy chair. This is my 3rd chair I have bought through Amazon. 2 years is all they lasted. All 3 different companies. The little dislikes I live with. Hopefully this one lasts longer.
