I use this as a convenient product to take on the run. This tablet is everything it claims and then some. A simple description is, it works as well as a laptop. It interfaces well and easily with every device I connected to it. Connecting to my laptop and transferring files was easier than any device I have ever connected. There is no problem reading external flash drives and interface tools that come with the tablet. There are even microbud earphones that work very well. The wireless mouse works as well as any and the external keyboard has a nice touch and connects easily through Bluetooth. The onscreen keyboard is also easy to use. This tablet comes with 128GB of ROM whereas most in this price range have 64 or even 32GB. With an octa-core CPU, 6 GB of RAM, plus 6 GB of virtual RAM, applications work flawlessly. Videos do not have glitches and the picture is very sharp and clear. I have had this Tablet for three weeks and have not found any flaws. I did contact customer service about how to register and received a response within 24 hours. I highly recommend this tablet. I may look for the company on the stock exchange as well. ... show more

I was skeptical at first, but so far, it is performing great, quick response time, very good resolution, and it arrived with a very nice cover, perfect size keyboard & mouse, and all the accessories that were promised. Was able to transfer my apps from my phone saving time to do so individually. Has the 24 month warranty which is better than most. Love the dual cameras - front & back which for me is great since i can take pictures and can do conference calls (some other brands don't have this feature for the same price range). But one of the best features is the COSTUMER SERVICE. They were quick to answer my questions (not computer literate) and offered any help in the future. This tablet has been put to great use since I got it for my wife as both a recipe screen when cooking/baking and as a second screen of sorts when she's at her computer and her main screen is running a game. Setup was easy- it's running android which was no trouble for syncing. The keyboard it comes with is amazingly thin and works great- the mouse also works well. The touchscreen is responsive and is a good size such that you have a decent amount of "real estate" when it comes to browsing/etc. Way better than using a phone for recipes (for example). The only consideration from a user standpoint is that there is one single usb c port on the tablet that can take either the charging cable or the c adapter for the mouse bluetooth. I bought a separate splitter to try to see if I could have them both plugged in at the same time, but it doesn't appear able to take power while providing bluetooth. It is the only feature of this lovely little thing that my wife had asked about addressing on account of she would prefer to just have everything plugged in all the time. It isn't worth losing a star over, but I just want to give my full analysis. All in all the tablet has been great (especially for the price). In fact, this has done so much better in the kitchen than the google home device we have (which sucks for recipes/calculations for some reason) that I may end up buying a second tablet to dedicate to that room. ... show more

I bought one for me and one for my 7 year old daughter. We both love it! It's just as fast as the name brand tablet we have, and has a ton more storage. She set up the keyboard and mouse by herself in my office so we can "work" together. She has shown me a few tip that I didn't even know. We both use it for watching videos and playing games. I've had no issues. The company reached out to me via email to set up the 2 year warranty. Well worth it. Quality is ok. The accessories are on the cheaper side, but they all work great. Screen isn't as good as the high end tablets, and not as responsive, but it plays HD videos well, and is sensitive enough especially when using a stylus.
