It is as quiet as an advertisement. No need for expert assembly, because they can do half of the work for you. This sandbag is very elastic. In addition to filling the base, all you need to do is tighten the lugs and connect the bag to the base. It took me about an hour to add oil and screw the screws. It's definitely worth every penny. I’ve been looking for a punching and kicking bag for the longest time to add for my home gym and I love it! It gives you suctions at the bottom which I use when I bring my punching bag indoors and it’s very sturdy on my wooden floors. I do recommend filling with sand instead of water for a heavier base. This was a great gift for my son; it gets him active and off the computer. It has a small footprint and can be placed anywhere, in the house or in a backyard. The bag has held up so far and its height can be adjusted, which was necessary for my son as he’s pretty tall for his age.

The setup took 10 minutes, no missing parts. The instructions was a picture of it but no step by step, was still able to set it up quickly with the "blueprint". After adding water to the base it`s pretty heavy so it withstands the punches. The gloves are soft and pretty good quality, I like that it matches the red bag.
