Took around a week to arrive. Was packed extremely well so props to the seller for that. Once I opened it up I was pretty disappointed to find it DID NOT include the Apple Keyboard or Magic Mouse that came with the iMac originally. Those are pretty expensive to replace. Instead I got two janky USB-C to USB-A adapters, a cheap keyboard that kept giving us errors once the computer was booted up, and a flimsy wireless mouse that didnt even work. I was tempted to return it but managed to source a keyboard and mouse that work consistently. The computer itself was flawless so I have no complaints there. The other day I was messing around in Settings and realized instead of them sending us an 8GB 1TB model, we got a 16GB 1TB model, which was helped redeem the overall purchases. Just be warned that you should NOT expect the original apple accessories so if you want those factor that into the cost of your purchase.

I love the computer, although I'm still adjusting to the updated Mac vs. my old Mac. The graphics are beautiful. I had my old Mac set up where I didn't have to log into anything - I could sit down and go to work. Now I have to find the three million passwords and get everything set up again. The keyboard is a bit different and feels different and is hard wired. The mouse is o.k., although neither keyboard nor the mouse are Apple products.

I was so excited to receive this product today, all that has faded. I've been trying to connect the mouse AND keyboard for an HOUR. It does not register it AT ALL. Neither of the ones I received are the magic mouse or keyboard.... I've tried with the USB also multiple times and neither work. Just ridiculous honestly. The instructions are also vague (directed towards the magic mouse & keyboard) and don't provide any important detailed information. ********* UPDATE ********** The keyboard never worked causing me to not be able to do anything with the computer - the mouse started working until hours later and because of this, I obviously wasn't able to do much of anything except TRY to find a way around this since the keyboard did not work. Obviously, I was not able to type anything to be able to sign in etc because of the faulty keyboard they sent not working. After hours, on my own accord, I was searching ways to either fix this or find a way around this. Neither of my other bluetooth keyboards would have worked because I needed to pair the devices 1st (which would require I actually be able to log in yet to PAIR them! But I still attempted it) . Thankfully, my technology skills aren't horrible so I was able to locate the accessibility options through the startup options screen. I was then able to pull up the VIRTUAL keyboard from THE computer and login that way. It was beyond frustrating to spend all that time doing this just because they sent a keyboard that does not work. The mouse was bad, disconnected often and thankfully I already had other mouses that do work so that was an easy fix once I was able to login with the computer's virtual keyboard to pair MY mouses to the computer. The computer itself works good. I will not be going through the hassle of replacing it because as to right now, it has worked (only reason I'm keeping it). But the ACTUAL point is, there's no reason to send faulty equipment. Other customers have received the right magic mouse AND keyboard so why is this not done for EVERY customer?????? Even then, I wouldn't have been upset if the crap mouse and keyboard they sent would have actually been CONNECTING and working properly (The keyboard is useless and doesn't work AT ALL with no device. It never worked with my iPad either, just useless.)

January 2015 - Ordered a refurbished 2021 Apple M1 8GB and received a flawless 2021 Apple M1 16 GB. Perfect for my mother. She can facetime the grandkids while hopefully not being hacked like she was twice with admin access to a WinXP computer. Also the display is really pretty and the random non-Apple keyboard and mouse provided appear new and not actually terrible (though they keyboard is for a Windows computer ... oh well.) I'm loading this thing up with photos and hopefully mom can look at those rather than some shady website which, even if infected with all the malware, will not infect mom's non-admin account.

If there’s one thing I hate, it’s Built-in product obsolescence. I had to buy a whole new computer, when the old one worked perfectly well, because most of my software was no longer being supported, and Outlook stopped delivering my mail. ( don’t get me started on Microsoft!) I won’t give up my macs, and found this one refurbished, in a color that I didn’t expect to get, and it’s awesome. The price was half that of a unit that was two years newer, but I figured this one will get me seven years before it too is unsupported. For something I use every day, that’s pretty good cost per use. Have had it a month now with zero issues. Recommend! One note: The ports on these things are starting to become limited, so I also bought the add-on from a different company that clips onto the front of the screen and increases your ports in number and also variety. it even came with a separate little face plate that matches the color of the Mac. That was cheap and very much worth it.
