Purchased from Kanga. This is an Apple refurbished IMac and includes Apple keyboard and mouse. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. iMac looks and performs like brand new and shipping was super fast. I only did initial setup, so I can’t review performance of this model, but I’m upgrading from 2011 so has to be major improvement. Even though the 2011 still runs with no issues , Apple no longer supports OS. I highly recommend purchasing from Kanga. ... show more

Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. I really was impressed with everything until I plugged it in and it never turned on. It was such a letdown to wait and then it doesn’t even work and then the process to have to return it and then wait for another one in the hopes that one will work.
