This is my second "renewed" iPad ordered thru Amazon. I chose the iPad do reduce the cost rather then a new one. The information listed in the description on Amazon was spot on. I was again looking for an iPad with a large screen for my wife to view easy. The iPad was ordered on the the 18th, and was delivered on the 19th. Unpacking, the pad was like new, 2 barely discernable scratches on the perifery of the screen, and after putting a Zagg tempered glass screen protector, were invisible. The pad came with an older version of iOS, so it took a few minutes to download and install the newest iOS. The iPad has worked with no problems, and was easy to transfer all settings from my older iPad. I was very impressed at the quality of the renewed iPad, and calling the customer service of Certified Resellers, found that they are very friendly, and explained the 1 year warrenty and answered all the questions I had. Newest and best is not always the iPad to purchase, The renewed iPad is a excellet way to save money, yet get a quality product. I highly recommend this company . ... show more

I bought this renewed 12.9-inch iPad Pro because I didn’t need the latest and greatest model for my DJ setup, but I did want the larger screen and plenty of storage. Compared with the cost of a brand-new Pro, this was a much better fit for what I needed. I chose the “Very Good” renewed condition, but when I opened the box it honestly looked brand new. I couldn’t find a mark anywhere on it. After using it for a couple of days, I started having some USB connection issues and initially thought the iPad’s USB-C port might be the problem. I contacted the seller, and their response was excellent. They replied quickly, walked me through some troubleshooting, and when that didn’t immediately resolve it, they simply offered to replace the iPad. I had a gig coming up, so I used it for the weekend and decided to try one more thing before sending it back. I upgraded both my USB-C cable and hub, and that completely solved the problem. The iPad has worked perfectly ever since, so there was no need to replace it. I contacted the seller again to let them know everything was working, and they responded that if I had any further issues to contact them because the iPad was covered by a one-year warranty. Between the condition of the iPad, the savings compared with buying new, and the excellent customer service, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. I purchased this refurbished iPad Pro in late January 2026. It had only been used occasionally a couple times a week and kept in a case. I last used it on July 4th and it functioned as normal. The following morning it wouldn’t turn back on. I went through all of the recommendations, the forced restart, different chargers and cords etc. I ended up taking it to an Apple repair store and they basically said it was done. They couldn’t get any power to it and upon taking it apart said there had been water damage at some point. They also said they see a lot problems with the refurbished Apple products sold through Amazon. This was only used by me and I know it was never near a drop of water. Unfortunately, I didn’t get an extended warranty and it’s out of the return window by a couple months, so I’m out around $600. It also had a screen protector on it when it came which I thought was cool but realized it was just to cover up a bunch of heavy scratches. Very disappointing considering it was supposed to be in excellent condition with no visible damage. If you do decide to get one of these refurbished iPads, hopefully you have a better experience than me but definitely spend the extra for the warranty. I was interested in getting another tablet after my brother lost my samsung a9+ tablet on a trip overseas. I didn't want to pay full price for a new m5 ipad pro nor did I want to pay full price for a new mid range regular iPad. So i started researching for the perfect renewed tablet that was both a beast yet very reasonably priced. I was able to settle on this m1 ipad pro 12.9 inch for its sheer size, build quality, and impressive chip. This M1 is vasty more powerful than the a16 in the new ipad for the same price, the screen is superior with its 120 refresh rate and the build quality is phenomenal. Its not my first iPad, infact I had the very first iPad presented by Steve Jobs in 2010 for my freshman year of college. And its amazing to see how far the iPad has come from a simple novelty tool for browsing, notes and occasion videos to a full fledged powerhouse. I paid around 430 for mine, originally ordered in acceptable condition with 12.9 inches, 256gb, and wifi and I was pleased to be greeted by a wifi+cellular version instead. Neat. The device is fast, handles all my apps, and was a breeze to set up with my iphone 17 pro max. Its neat how I have a little apple ecosystem going now with this ipad pro m1, iphone 17, and my m4 macbook air. Overall I really enjoy the device, I use it frequently in the gym to read on the treadmill or watch content, and sometimes even play games. It makes working out fun. 5/5. ... show more

I was hesitant, but it is so hard to find an M1 iPad elsewhere without an inherent risk, so I took a chance here as I figured my odds of remediation were greater than, let's say a private listing. Major resellers of used Apple products do not seem to get these often, and if they do, they seem to be the first to go because i would not see them, and I checked these sellers a few times per week. I believe the M1 IPads are popular because they are still a great tablet for nearly half of what they cost when they were new. It did take a few weeks to get, but it was clearly communicated on the listing and at the time of purchase. It actually came a few days earlier than the projected delivery date of 9/5/25. Well, I say it was well worth the wait as this renewed product exceeds my expectations. It came well packaged in a generic box seemingly designed to transport tablets. The iPad itself was also encased in a thin plastic material that was made specifically for the iPad, so it had this professional, "new" factory look. It is assumed this material protected against scratches during handling and shipping. Upon peeling away the plasting material, there were a couple of small spots where it appears adhesive remained from stickers and photo lens protectors. It was minimal, but I noticed it as I carefully inspected the product for quality. The adhesive was easily wiped away with a little Windex window cleaner. The tablet looks brand new. There are no discernable scratches on the case or the screen, no dents, or other markings for that matter. The battery only had 1% life left, so I had to plug it in using the included 3' USB-C to USB-C cable. I let it charge overnight and set it up the following day. No problems. It looks and works like new. Great battery life too. I am not sure anyone really used it, that is how good it looks and operates. Definitely very, very pleased. Thank you! ... show more

Still a great deal. However, I paid for excellent and I wouldn’t classify this as excellent. I’d classify it as very good. There is a dent in the corner and there is discoloration around the apple symbol. I’m letting it go since it’ll be in a case but I’d probably save the $ and not upgrade to “excellent” quality if I buy used again.
