I have been doing digital art for well over 10 years. I started with mouse, and have used Wacom products for the majority of my lifetime doing digital art. However, I have always had screenless tablets. I recently switched over to Huion a year or two ago after being frustrated about Wacom's services, and I'm glad I did. Huion delivers some really high quality stuff considering the price, and I'm very happy to say this tablet is no different, in terms of quality and general feel. This is my first time purchasing a tablet with a screen, and I made the right choice. While it may not have some of the cooler features that the newer, more high-end models have, this more than suffices in my opinion. In the package, it includes the tablet itself, a tablet pen, a tablet pen holder-- which can be opened to reveal *10* replacement nibs, which is a huge amount to me! Wacom only ever included 3 at MOST! anyways, it also includes a glove to prevent smearing, and finally, the cords to plug in the device. Once it's plugged in, it's as simple as downloading the Huion drivers from their website, and you're pretty much set. No need to reboot the computer to get it working, no need to reset the drivers like you'd have to with Wacom, it just WORKS. I use Paint Tool Sai v2 as my software of choice, and it also works in the original, more outdated version of Sai as well without modification. My only complaint I have about the tablet, is moreso Microsoft's fault rather than Huion's. When you plug in the tablet, it will crunch up the screen just enough to where it's difficult to use, but this is easily fixed by rebooting the program you had open. Overall, a very good product for its asking price, and I'm very pleased with it, as a longtime artist.

EDIT: After leaving this review the seller reached out to me to let me know that they would be refunding the $12.99 shipping cost for the replacement pen after becoming aware that I was dissatisfied with their return policy. The refund was issued immediately, and a new pen is on its way. -------------------------------- I bought this tablet for my teenage daughter as a Christmas gift. She loved it for the 6 months that it worked. Then the pen started drawing while hovering over the screen. It started doing it occasionally and now does it all the time. I tried all of the suggested troubleshooting tips with no success and finally ended up writing to Huion support. They responded within 48 business hours telling me that my video shows a hardware issue and they would be happy to replace the pen since it is still under warranty. However, since it was purchased more than 30 days ago, I have to pay $12.99 shipping. Once they have proof of my payment, they will ship out a replacement pen within 2 business days, and I should receive it 7-20 business days after that. My daughter really did love all of the features of the tablet for the 6 months that it worked. I am grateful that Huion is willing to send a replacement pen for their failed part. However, it surprised me that they have only a 30 day window for fully covering their product since I had the item nearly that long before I even gave it to my daughter as a gift.

I bought this for my son who is a budding artist. This review is just for my experience in setup as I'm certainly no artist so cannot comment on those aspects. First, it wasn't very clear if there was a screen protector already attached or not. You'll peel off protective film that looks like protective film. Under that the screen protector is already attached but it is so clear it doesn't look like there is one. To confirm just try sliding your fingernail under it at one of the corners and sure enough it is there. Plugging in the cables took a minute to understand. The three in one adaptor plugs into the top port (with the logo on the left hand side). The orange USB is power and there is a power extension cable (also orange) to give you more length to get to an outlet. If you have appropriate power the screen on the tablet will show your desktop, if you've plugged into your laptop and the screen doesn't turn on then there isn't enough power and you should run to an electrical outlet. You also plug in the USB as well as HDMI to your Laptop/Computer. If you just have one monitor you'll see the desktop on the tablet. If you have multiple monitors you need to open the Huion software and click "Working Area." From there you can choose your tablet (acts like a third monitor) and click that as it is the one you'll be drawing on. This caused confusion because before I did that we would try to draw on the tablet but the pen would end up on our primary (Laptop) monitor. When you click the "Working Area" in the Huion software you can select your tablet as the "working area" and it will work. Finally, I was a little unsure as to the software that would work with this tablet. As far as I can tell the tablet just works as a third monitor so we just dragged the software we wanted to use (MS Paint, Corel Draw) over from the primary monitor to the tablet monitor and everything works fine. I imagine there could be some finer technical aspects I don't yet understand but if the tablet just works as a third monitor then I don't see where there could be an issue with some software not "working" with this tablet. Any clarification from the company on software that might "not work" for some reason would be great.

Spent days researching which drawing tablet to get and this one did not disappoint. Decent price point for the quality of the tablet. Would 10/10 recommend. I love drawing on it. It feels so great. I can really just get into the picture. It's my first graphics tablet and I adore it.
