Setup was smooth, the screen is flawless, and the battery health is excellent — only 25 cycles, which is basically new for an M1 Mac. There are 2 quarter-inch blemishes on outside top (visible from across the room if you look), and a small concrete-impact imprint on one corner, but otherwise beautiful condition and these are minor. Works well so far. Long battery life. Mine is the 16 RAM, 1 TB SSD, vendor PDI Mobile. Latest OS Sequoia 15.5 (not the older Ventura like it said online) and now updated to 15.6. Prime Mobility appears to sell defective or poorly refurbished products. I purchased a MacBook Air M1 from this seller, and the trackpad was unresponsive from the very beginning. Over time, the issue worsened until it completely failed after about four months of use. It’s important to note that they only offer a 90-day warranty. Unfortunately, the failure happened just outside that window, leaving me with no support or resolution. If you’re considering buying from them, be extremely cautious. I purchased this MacBook Air on August 15, 2025, and it arrived in excellent “premium” condition. For being a 5-year-old laptop, it’s still holding up incredibly well. I bought it as I was starting my freshman year of college and needed a powerful, reliable device. Previously, I was using a Dell Latitude E7440 from 2013, which was really showing its age—still running Windows 10 with poor audio quality, outdated graphics, and overall performance issues. Upgrading to this MacBook Air has been a huge step up in every way. The M1 chip may not be the newest anymore, but it runs beautifully for my needs. The only feature I wish this generation had is a touchscreen, but honestly, that’s a small tradeoff considering how much of an upgrade this has been. My only real complaint is that the screen tends to pick up everything—lint, dust, fingerprints, and smudges—but aside from that, I’ve been extremely happy with it. The build quality, performance, and overall premium Apple experience make this laptop well worth it. The small footprint and user capabilities make me wonder what I’ve been doing all these years without it. Now I see why they won’t put a full scale operating system on the iPad Pro. It would ruin the market for these. I can handle my music production and small video projects with ease and convenience. The M1 chip is amazing at what it can do off the charger. I fought tooth in nail to remain in the intel crew but found myself being tethered to a charger at all times.     • Having issues with tranferring pictures

Can only transfer pics and videos about 2-3000 at a time or else it freezes. To be fair its not just particular model, it seems to be an ongoing issue with EVERY apple product when transferring large amounts of files. It's ok for everyday usage but the transferring issue is a extremely frustrating.
