Looks Brand New!!

I bought 2 of these. They don't looked used whatsoever. I don't see any scratches on either side of them! Very impressed! I'm charging them before we use them so I haven't checked out the system part yet. I already had 2 I bought 4 yrs ago brand new, but time for new ones because mine doesn't charge well and the other is locked on a black screen. Stay tuned to see how they run! So far, very happy. ... show more

Works well, charger it came with not so well
Size: 128GB Color: Gold Configuration: WiFi
Have had for over a week, came with a charger cord and block, not from Apple and slow charge. Used my own charger and charged a lot quicker. No other issues

did not turn on
Size: 32GB Color: Space Gray Configuration: WiFi
dead on arrival. I've purchased renewed products before without issue. There were scratches on the glass and a scratch on the back. No big deal, that's why it's cheaper. I was disappointed this ipad did not even turn on though. Did they not test it before shipping it out? I figured the battery was super dead so I let it charge overnight and it still won't turn on. I've made sure the charger works because it is able to charge my other devices. Probably not worth buying refurbished ipads. I'm just going to buy from apple and pay more so I don't have to deal with this headache of having to return it now. ... show more

Renew vs refurbished

I love this IPad! First one I ever owned. Having an IPhone, set up was a breeze. Everything is bigger! This IPad is practically brand new! I couldn’t be happier! Great purchase. If this was a refurbish, I might not have taken a chance. Renew mean someone bought it, never used it and sent it back.

Renewed Premium iPad
Size: 128GB Color: Gold Configuration: WiFi
It arrived on time! I love this iPad. It has so much more storage than my other iPad. With a few missteps on my part transferring my apps to my current iPad was easy. I had to call tech support and spoke with Miles, who was more than helpful and patient with me. I would definitely. 💯% recommend buying a “Renewed Premium” device again! 💜 ... show more
